1 Kings 3
1 Salomon then made affinitie with Pharaoh King of Egypt, and tooke Pharaohs daughter, and brought her into the citie of Dauid, vntill hee had made an ende of buylding his owne house, and the house of the Lord, and the wall of Ierusalem round about.

2 Only the people sacrificed in the hie places, because there was no house buylt vnto the name of the Lord, vntill those dayes.
Hina Gode Ea Debolo Diasu da hame gagui galu. Amaiba: le, Isala: ili dunu da oloda hisu hisu amoga gobele salasu hou hamonanu.
3 And Salomon loued the Lord, walking in the ordinances of Dauid his father: onely he sacrificed and offred incense in the hie places.
Soloumane da Hina Godema asigisu amola e da ea ada Da: ibidi ea hamoma: ne sia: i amoma fa: no bobogelalu. Be e da gilisili ohe medole legele, amola sogebi hisu hisu amoga oloda da: iya gobele salasu hamonanusu.
4 And the King went to Gibeon to sacrifice there, for that was the chiefe hie place: a thousand burnt offrings did Salomon offer vpon that altar.
Eso afaega e da Gibione moilai bai bagadega gobele salimusa: asi. Bai amogawi diala da oloda amoga dunu huluane da dawa: digi. Soloumane da musa: amo oloda da: iya Wadela: i Hou Dabe Ima: ne Iasu gobele salasu osea: idafa hamosu.
5 In Gibeon the Lord appeared to Salomon in a dreame by night: and God sayd, Aske what I shall giue thee.
Amo gasia, e da simasia Hina Gode ba: i. Hina Gode da ema amane adole ba: i, “Dia hanai da Na dima adi ima: bela: ?”
6 And Salomon sayd, Thou hast shewed vnto thy seruant Dauid my father great mercie, when hee walked before thee in trueth, and in righteousnesse, and in vprightnes of heart with thee: and thou hast kept for him this great mercie, and hast giuen him a sonne, to sit on his throne, as appeareth this day.

7 And now, O Lord my God, thou hast made thy seruant King in steade of Dauid my father: and I am but a yong childe, and know not howe to go out and in.
Hina Gode! Na da mano fonobahadi defele amola na da ouligisu hou hame dawa: Be Di da logo doasiba: le, na da na ada bagia hina bagade ouligisu hou lai dagoi.
8 And thy seruant is in the mids of thy people, which thou hast chosen, euen a great people which cannot be told nor nobred for multitude.
Na da wea. Na da Dia ilegei fi ganodini esala. Dia fi dunu wali da bagohame esala, idimu hamedei gala.
9 Giue therefore vnto thy seruant an vnderstanding heart, to iudge thy people, that I may discerne betweene good and bad: for who is able to iudge this thy mightie people?
Amaiba: le, na da amo dunu fi moloiwane ouligima: ne amola hou moloi amola noga: i hame hou afafaea dawa: ma: ne, bagade dawa: su asigi hou defele nama ima. Amai hame galea, na da Dia fi noga: i amola bagade, amo ouligimu hamedei ba: mu.”
10 And this pleased the Lord well, that Salomon had desired this thing.

11 And God sayde vnto him, Because thou hast asked this thing, and hast not asked for thy selfe long life, neyther hast asked riches for thy selfe, nor hast asked the life of thine enemies, but hast asked for thy selfe vnderstanding to heare iudgement,
12 Beholde, I haue done according to thy wordes: lo, I haue giuen thee a wise and an vnderstanding heart, so that there hath bene none like thee before thee, neither after thee shall arise the like vnto thee.

13 And I haue also giuen thee that, which thou hast not asked, both riches and honour, so that among the Kings there shall be none like vnto thee all thy dayes.
Amola Na da dia hame adole ba: i liligi amo gilisili dima imunu. Di da esalea, di da eso huluane bagade gaguiwane ba: mu amola dunu eno da dima nodone dawa: digimu. Amo hou Na dima imunu, amo da eno hina bagade ilia hou baligimu.
14 And if thou wilt walke in my wayes, to keepe mine ordinances and my commandements, as thy father Dauid did walke, I will prolong thy dayes.
Amola di da Na sia: nabawane hamosea, amola Na sema amola hamoma: ne sia: i dia ada Da: ibidi ea hou defele noga: le fa: no bobogesea, Na da dima ode sedadewane esaloma: ne imunu.”
15 And when Salomon awoke, behold, it was a dreame, and he came to Ierusalem, and stoode before the Arke of the couenant of the Lord, and offred burnt offrings and made peace offrings, and made a feast to all his seruants.
Soloumane da nedigili, Gode da ea simasi ganodini ema sia: i, amo dawa: i. 16 Then came two harlots vnto the King, and stoode before him.
Eso afaega, hina: da: i bidi lasu uda aduna da hina bagade Soloumanema misi.
17 And the one woman sayd, Oh my lorde, I and this woman dwell in one house, and I was deliuered of a childe with her in the house.
Afae da ema amane sia: i, “Hina bagade! Amo uda amola na, ani da diasu afaega esala. Na da amo diasuga dunu mano lalelegei. Amo uda amola da ani galu esalu.
18 And the third day after that I was deliuered, this woman was deliuered also: and we were in the house together: no stranger was with vs in the house, saue we twaine.
Na mano lalelegelalu, eso aduna asili, e amola da dunu mano lalelegei. Anisu fawane da amo diasu ganodini esalebe ba: i. Eno dunu hame.
19 And this womans sonne died in the night: for she ouerlay him.
Amalalu, gasi afaega, e golai delegili galoba, ea mano hi banene, dia heda: le, ea mano bogoi ba: i.
20 And she rose at midnight, and tooke my sonne from my side, while thine handmaide slept, and layde him in her bosome, and layde her dead sonne in my bosome.
Na da amo gasia golai dialoba, e da wa: legadole amola na mano na afo guga dialu amo lale, ea debea amoga gaguli asi. Amalalu, e da ea mano bogoi amo fedoale na debea amo da: iya ligisi.
21 And when I rose in the morning to giue my sonne sucke, beholde, he was dead: and when I had well considered him in the morning, beholde, it was not my sonne, whom I had borne.
Golale, hahabe, na nedigili amo na manoma ha: i manu imunusa: dawa: i. Be mano bogoi fawane ba: i. Na da amo mano noga: le ba: loba, amo da na mano hame na dawa: i galu.”
22 Then the other woman sayd, Nay, but my sonne liueth, and thy sonne is dead. Againe she sayde, No, but thy sonne is dead, and mine aliue: thus they spake before the King.
Be uda eno da amane sia: i, “Hame mabu! Esalebe mano da na: ! Bogoi mano da dia: fawane!” Be bisili sia: i uda da bu adole i, “Hame mabu! Bogoi mano da dia: ! Esalebe mano da na: !” Ela da agoaiwane hina bagade ea midadi aligili sia: ga gei.
23 Then sayde the King, She sayth, This that liueth is my sonne, and the dead is thy sonne: and the other sayth, Nay, but the dead is thy sonne, and the liuing is my sonne.
Amalalu, hina bagade Soloumane da elama amane sia: i, “Alia da esalebe mano amo eno dia: sia: sa, amola bogoi mano da eno dia: amane sia: ga gesa.”
24 Then the King said, Bring me a sworde: and they brought out a sworde before the King.
E da ema gegesu gobihei bagade gaguli misa: ne sia: i. Ilia da amo gaguli misini,
25 And the King sayde, Deuide ye the liuing child in twaine, and giue the one halfe to the one, and the other halfe to the other.
e amane sia: i, “Esalebe mano amo dogoa damuni, la: idi afae amo uda afae ema ima amola la: idi eno amo uda enoma ima.”
26 Then spake the woman, whose the liuing child was, vnto the King, for her compassion was kindled toward her sonne, and she sayde, Oh my lorde, giue her the liuing childe, and slay him not: but the other sayde, Let it be neither mine nor thine, but deuide it.
Be mano ea amedafa da amane sia: i, “Hina bagade! Hame mabu! Mano mae medole legema! Amo udama ima!” Bai e da ea manodafa ema dogolegele dawa: i galu. Be uda eno da amane sia: i, “Defea! Amo mano uda afae ema mae ima. Amo mano dogoa hedofamu da defea.”
27 Then the King answered, and sayde, Giue her the liuing childe, and slay him not: this is his mother.
Amalalu, Soloumane da amane sia: i, “Mano mae medole legema! Uda amo da bisili sia: i, ema ima. Bai e da amo mano ea amedafa.”
28 And all Israel heard the iudgement, which the King had iudged, and they feared the King: for they sawe that the wisedome of God was in him to doe iustice.
Isala: ili dunu huluane da Soloumane ea fofada: su sia: i liligi nababeba: le, ilia da ema nodone dawa: digi. Bai ilia da amo galu, Gode da ema bagade dawa: su amo sia: ga gegesu hahamoma: ne hou defele ema i dagoi, amo dawa: i galu.
