1 Chronicles 27
1 The children of Israel also after their nomber, euen the chiefe fathers and captaines of thousandes and of hundreths, and their officers that serued the King by diuers courses, which came and in went out, moneth by moneth throughout al the moneths of the yeere: in euery course were foure and twentie thousand.
Đây là số của những trưởng tộc của dân Y-sơ-ra-ên, tức các quan tướng cai ngàn người và cai trăm người, và các quan trưởng của chúng vẫn phục sự vua, cai quản các ban thứ quanh năm mỗi tháng thay nhau đi ra đi vào; mỗi ban thứ số được hai vạn bốn ngàn người.
2 Ouer the first course for the first moneth was Iashobeam the sonne of Zabdiel: and in his course were foure and twentie thousand.
Ban trưởng của ban thứ nhất về tháng giêng, là Gia-sô-bê-am, con trai của Xáp-đi-ên; trong ban người có hai vạn bốn ngàn người.
3 Of the sonnes of Perez was the chiefe ouer all the princes of the armies for the first moneth.
Người thuộc về dòng Phê-rết, làm đầu các quan tướng về tháng giêng.
4 And ouer the course of the second moneth was Dodai, an Ahohite, and this was his course, and Mikloth was a captaine, and in his course were foure and twentie thousand.
Ban trưởng của ban tháng hai là Đô-đai, người A-hô-ha; Mích-lô làm quan chánh trong ban người; ban người có hai vạn bốn ngàn người.
5 The captaine of the thirde hoste for the third moneth was Benaiah the sonne of Iehoiada the chiefe Priest: and in his course were foure and twentie thousand.
Ban trưởng của ban thứ ba về tháng ba, là Bê-na-gia, con trai của thầy tế lễ Giê-hô-gia-đa; trong ban người có hai vạn bốn ngàn người.
6 This Benaiah was mightie among thirtie and aboue the thirtie, and in his course was Amizabad his sonne.
Bê-na-gia nầy là người mạnh dạn trong ba mươi người kia, và làm đầu ba mươi người ấy; Am-mi-xa-đáp, con trai người, cũng ở trong ban người.
7 The fourth for the fourth moneth was Asahel the brother of Ioab, and Zebadiah his sonne after him: and in his course were foure and twentie thousand.
Ban trưởng thứ tư về tháng tư, là A-sa-ên, anh em của Giô-áp, và Xê-ba-đia, con trai người, tiếp theo người; trong ban người có hai vạn bốn ngàn người.
8 The fift for ye fift moneth was prince Shamhuth the Izrahite: and in his course foure and twentie thousand.
Ban trưởng thứ năm về tháng năm, là Sa-mê-hút, người Gít-ra; trong ban người có hai vạn bốn ngàn người.
9 The sixt for the sixt moneth was Ira the sonne of Ikkesh the Tekoite: and in his course foure and twentie thousand.
Ban trưởng thứ sáu về tháng sáu, là Y-ra, con trai Y-ke, ở Thê-cô-a; trong ban người có hai vạn bốn ngàn người.
10 The seuenth for the seuenth moneth was Helez the Pelonite, of the sonnes of Ephraim: and in his course foure and twentie thousand.
Ban trưởng thứ bảy về tháng bảy, là Hê-lết, người chi phái Eùp-ra-im ở Pha-lôn; trong ban người có hai vạn bốn ngàn người.
11 The eight for the eight moneth was Sibbecai the Hushathite of the Zarhites: and in his course foure and twentie thousand.
Ban trưởng thứ tám về tháng tám, là Si-bê-cai, ở Hu-sa, thuộc về dòng Xê-rách; trong ban người có hai vạn bốn ngàn người.
12 The ninth for the ninth moneth was Abiezer the Anethothite of the sonnes of Iemini: and in his course foure and twentie thousand.
Ban trưởng thứ chín về tháng chín, là A-bi-ê-xe, người chi phái Bên-gia-min, ở A-na-tốt; trong ban người có hai vạn bốn ngàn người.
13 The tenth for the tenth moneth was Maharai, the Netophathite of the Zarhites: and in his course foure and twentie thousand.
Ban trưởng thứ mười về tháng mười, là Ma-ha-rai, về dòng Xê-rách ở Nê-tô-pha; trong ban người có hai vạn bốn ngàn người.
14 The eleueth for the eleuenth moneth was Benaiah the Pirathonite of the sonnes of Ephraim: and in his course foure and twentie thousand.
Ban trưởng thứ mười một về tháng mười một, là Bê-na-gia, người chi phái Eùp-ra-im, ở Phi-ra-thôn; trong ban người có hai vạn bốn ngàn người.
15 The twelft for the twelft moneth was Heldai the Netophathite, of Othniel: and in his course foure and twentie thousand.
Ban trưởng thứ mười hai về tháng chạp, là Hiên-đai, về dòng Oát-ni-ên, ở Nê-tô-pha; trong ban người có hai vạn bốn ngàn người.
16 Moreouer the rulers ouer the tribes of Israel were these: ouer the Reubenites was ruler, Eliezer the sonne of Zichri: ouer the Shimeonites, Shephatiah the sonne of Maachah:
Đây là các người cai quản các chi phái Y-sơ-ra-ên: Ê-li-ê-xe, con trai Xiếc-ri, cai quản người Ru-bên; người cai quản người Si-mê-ôn, là Sê-pha-tia, con trai Ma-a-ca;
17 Ouer the Leuites, Hashabiah the sonne of Remuel: ouer them of Aharon, and Zadok:
người cai quản chi phái Lê-vi là Ha-sa-bia, con trai của Kê-mu-ên; còn Xa-đốc cai quản con cháu A-rôn;
18 Ouer Iudah, Elihu of the brethren of Dauid: ouer Issachar, Omri the sonne of Michael:
người cai quản Giu-đa là Ê-li-hu, anh em của Đa-vít; người cai quản Y-sa-ca là Oâm-ri, con trai của Mi-ca-ên;
19 Ouer Zebulun, Ishmaiah the sonne of Obadiah: ouer Naphtali, Ierimoth the sonne of Azriel:
người cai quản Sa-bu-lôn là Dít-ma-hia, con trai của Ô-ba-đia; người cai quản Nép-ta-li là Giê-ri-mốt, con trai của A-ri-ên;
20 Ouer the sonnes of Ephraim, Hoshea the sonne of Azazziah: ouer the halfe tribe of Manasseh, Ioel the sonne of Pedaiah:
người cai quản con cháu Eùp-ra-im là Ô-sê, con trai của A-xa-xia; người cai quản nửa chi phái Ma-na-se là Giô-ên, con trai Phê-đa-gia;
21 Ouer the other halfe of Manasseh in Gilead, Iddo the sonne of Zechariah: ouer Beniamin, Iaasiel the sonne of Abner:
người cai quản nửa chi phái Ma-na-se, tại xứ Ga-la-át, là Gi-đô, con trai của Xa-cha-ri, người cai quản Bên-gia-min là Gia-a-xi-ên, con trai Aùp-ne;
22 Ouer Dan, Azariel the sonne of Ieroham. these are the princes of the tribes of Israel.
người cai quản Đan là A-xa-rên, con trai của Giê-rô-ham. Aáy đó là các trưởng của các chi phái Y-sơ-ra-ên.
23 But Dauid tooke not the nober of them from twentie yeere olde and vnder, because the Lord had sayde that he would increase Israel like vnto the starres of the heauens.
Đa-vít không lấy số dân Y-sơ-ra-ên từ hai mươi tuổi sấp xuống, bởi vì Đức Giê-hô-va có hứa rằng sẽ làm tăng lên Y-sơ-ra-ên đông như sao trên trời.
24 And Ioab the sonne of Zeruiah beganne to nomber: but hee finished it not, because there came wrath for it against Israel, neither was the nomber put into the Chronicles of King Dauid.
Giô-áp, con trai của Xê-ru-gia, khởi lấy số, nhưng không xong được; vì cớ việc đó nên có cơn thịnh nộ giáng họa trên Y-sơ-ra-ên; và số tu bộ ấy không nhập vào số của sử ký vua Đa-vít.
25 And ouer the Kings treasures was Azmaueth the sonne of Adiel: and ouer the treasures in the fieldes, in the cities and in the villages and in the towers was Iehonathan the sonne of Vzziah:
Aùch-ma-vết, con trai A-đi-ên, cai các khung thành của vua; Giô-na-than, con trai U-xi-gia, cai các kho tàng ở đồng ruộng, ở trong các thành phố, trong những làng và trong những đồn.
26 And ouer the workemen in the fielde that tilled the ground, was Ezri the sonne of Chelub:
Eát-ri, con trai Kê-lúp, cai các kẻ lo làm ruộng cày đất;
27 And ouer them that dressed the vines, was Shimei the Ramathite: and ouer that which apperteined to the vines, and ouer the store of the wine was Sabdi the Shiphmite:
Sim-ri, người Ra-ma, coi sóc các vườn nho; còn Xáp-đi, người Sê-pham, coi sóc kho rượu trong vườn nho;
28 And ouer the oliue trees and mulberie trees that were in the valleys, was Baal Hanan the Gederite: and ouer the store of the oyle was Ioash:
Ba-anh-Ha-nan, người Ghê-đe, coi sóc các cây ô-li-ve và cây sung mọc trong xứ đồng bằng; còn Giô-ách coi sóc các kho dầu;
29 And ouer the oxen that fed in Sharon, was Shetrai the Sharonite: and ouer the oxen in the valleyes was Shaphat the sonne of Adlai:
Sít-trai, người Sa-rôn, coi sóc các bầy bò ăn cỏ tại Sa-rôn; còn Sa-phát, con trai Aùt-lai, coi sóc các bầy bò ở trong trũng;
30 And ouer the camels was Obil the Ishmaelite: and ouer the asses was Iehdeiah the Meronothite:
Ô-binh, người ỗch-ma-ên, coi sóc các lạc đà; Giê-đia, người Mê-rô-nốt, coi sóc các lừa cái; Gia-xít, người Ha-ga-rít, coi sóc các bầy chiên.
31 And ouer the sheepe was Iaziz the Hagerite: all these were the rulers of the substance that was King Dauids.
Các người đó đều là kẻ cai quản các sản nghiệp của vua Đa-vít.
32 And Iehonathan Dauids vncle a man of counsell and vnderstanding (for he was a scribe) and Iehiel the sonne of Hachmoni were with the Kings sonnes.
Giô-na-than, cậu của Đa-vít, làm mưu sĩ, là một người thông sáng và làm quan ký lục; còn Giê-hi-ên con trai của Hác-mô-ni, làm giáo sư các vương tử.
33 And Ahitophel was the Kings counseller, and Hushai the Archite the Kings friend.
A-hi-tô-phên làm mưu sĩ của vua; Hu-sai, người Aït-kít, là bạn hữu của vua.
34 And after Ahitophel was Iehoiada the sonne of Benaiah and Abiathar: and captaine of the Kings armie was Ioab.
Sau A-hi-tô-phên có Giê-hô-gia-đa, con trai của Bê-na-gia, và A-bia-tha. Giô-áp làm quan tướng đạo binh của vua.
