< Revelation 5 >
1 I saw the one sitting on the throne holding a scroll in his right hand. The scroll was written on both sides and was sealed with seven seals.
Pa ri uwiqiqꞌabꞌ ri tꞌuyul pa ri tꞌuyulibꞌal xinwil jun bꞌotom wuj tzꞌibꞌatalik cho ukobꞌchal uwach ri wuj tzꞌapitalik rukꞌ wuqubꞌ tzꞌapibꞌal.
2 I saw a powerful angel shouting in a loud voice, “Who is worthy to open the scroll and break its seals?”
Xuqujeꞌ xinwilo jun ángel ri sibꞌalaj kꞌo uchuqꞌabꞌ, kuraqaqej uchiꞌ kubꞌij: ¿Jachin ri kꞌo ukwinem chutꞌoqopixik ri tꞌiqbꞌal rech jeriꞌ kujaqo ri wuj ri bꞌottalik?
3 Nobody in heaven, or on earth, or under the earth was able to open the scroll and read it.
Man kꞌo ta kꞌu jun pa ri kaj, pa ri ulew, chuxeꞌ ri ulew, man kꞌo ta jun kakwinik kusol ri wuj xuqujeꞌ kusolij rij ri kꞌo chupam we wuj riꞌ.
4 I cried many tears because nobody could be found who was worthy to open the book and read it.
Ri in sibꞌalaj xinoqꞌik rumal cher man xriqitaj taj jachinaq ri taqal che kusol ri wuj xuqujeꞌ kusolij rij ri kꞌo chupam.
5 One of the elders spoke to me and said, “Don't cry. Look, the Lion of the tribe of Judah, the descendant of David, has won the battle and can open the scroll and its seven seals.”
Jun chike ri kꞌamal bꞌe, xubꞌij chwe: Man katoqꞌ ta chik, rumal xchꞌekenik ri koj rech ri jupuq winaq ubꞌiꞌnam Judá, ri Rijaꞌl ri David, areꞌ kakwinik kusol ri wuj bꞌottalik xuqujeꞌ kakwinik kujaqo ri wuqubꞌ tꞌiqbꞌal.
6 I saw a Lamb that looked as if it had been killed standing in the center by the throne and the four living creatures, among the elders. He had seven horns and seven eyes that are the seven Spirits of God that are sent out to all the earth.
Kꞌa te xinwilo jun laj chij ri bꞌantal kꞌax che, kꞌo chikixoꞌl ri e kajibꞌ kꞌaslik taq winaqil xuqujeꞌ chikixoꞌl ri e kꞌamal taq bꞌe, we alaj chij riꞌ kꞌo wuqubꞌ rukꞌaꞌ, xuqujeꞌ wuqubꞌ ubꞌoqꞌoch: Are waꞌ ri wuqubꞌ uxlabꞌal rech ri Dios ri e taqtal bꞌik cho ronojel ri uwachulew.
7 He went and took the scroll from the right hand of the one that sat on the throne.
Ri alaj chij xukꞌam ri wuj ri bꞌottalik pa ri uwiqiqꞌabꞌ ri tꞌuyul pa ri tem.
8 When he had taken the scroll, the four living creatures and the twenty-four elders fell down before the Lamb. Each of them had a harp and golden bowls full of incense, which are the prayers of the believers.
Are xkꞌamtaj ri wuj rumal, ri e kajibꞌ e kꞌaslik taq winaqil e kachiꞌl ri juwinaq kajibꞌ kꞌamal taq bꞌe xexukiꞌk cho ri kꞌin laj chij. Chkijujunal kꞌo jujun arkuꞌ qꞌojom xuqujeꞌ kukꞌam jun kꞌolibꞌal nojinaq che incienso ri kukꞌutwachij ri kichꞌawem ri utinimit ri Dios.
9 They sang a new song, “You are worthy to take the scroll and open its seals, for you were slain and with your blood you redeemed for God people from every tribe, language, people, and nation.
Konojel kakibꞌixoj jun kꞌakꞌ bꞌix ri kubꞌij: Taqal che la chi kakꞌam la ri wuj ri bꞌottalik xuqujeꞌ kajaq la jawjeꞌ kꞌo wi ri tzꞌapibꞌal, rumal cher xkamisax la, xuqujeꞌ rukꞌ ri kikꞌel la xeꞌloqꞌ la konojel ri winaq rech ri uwachulew, winaq ri ketzijon pa ronojel chꞌabꞌal, rech konojel tinimit ta kꞌu nitzꞌ ta kꞌu nim.

11 As I looked I heard the voices of millions of angels around the throne, together with the living creatures and the elders,
Kꞌa te riꞌ xinta ri kichꞌabꞌal e kꞌi angelibꞌ ri kisutim rij ri tꞌuyulibꞌal, sibꞌalaj e kꞌi e kꞌi millón angelibꞌ, e kachiꞌl ri e kajibꞌ kꞌaslik taq winaqil xuqujeꞌ ri e juwinaq kajibꞌ kꞌamal taq bꞌe.
12 shouting loudly together: “The Lamb that was slain is worthy to receive authority, wealth, wisdom, strength, honor, glory, and blessing.”
Kakiraqaqej kichiꞌ kakibꞌij: Taqal che ri alaj Chij ri xkamisaxik, kukꞌamawaꞌj ri kwinem, ri qꞌinomal, ri etaꞌmabꞌal xuqujeꞌ ri chuqꞌabꞌ, ri bꞌixonem xuqujeꞌ taqal che nim kilik.
13 Then I heard every creature in heaven, on earth, and under the earth, in the sea—every creature everywhere—replying: “To the one who sits on the throne, and to the Lamb be blessing, honor, glory, and authority, for ever and ever.” (aiōn )
Xuqujeꞌ xinta ri kakibꞌij konojel ri e jastaq ri e tiktal pa ri kaj, pa ri ulew, chuxeꞌ ri ulew xuqujeꞌ pa ri plo, konojel kebꞌixonik kakibꞌij: Yoꞌq chibꞌe qꞌij saq ri qꞌijilaꞌnem, nim uqꞌij, ri juluwem xuqujeꞌ ri kwinem che ri tꞌuyul pa ri tꞌuyulibꞌal xuqujeꞌ che ri kꞌin laj chij. (aiōn )
14 The four living creatures said, “Amen!” and the elders fell down and worshiped.
Ri e kajibꞌ kꞌaslik taq winaqil xkibꞌij: Jeriꞌ. Xuqujeꞌ ri e juwinaq kajibꞌ kꞌamal taq bꞌe xexukiꞌk xkiya ri kipalaj pa ri ulew, xkiqꞌijilaꞌj ri kꞌaslik chibꞌe qꞌij saq.
