Mark 16
1 And when the sabbath was past, Mary Magdalen, and Mary the mother of James, and Salome, bought sweet spices, that coming, they might anoint Jesus.
Als der Sabbat vorüber war, kauften Maria aus Magdala, Maria, die Mutter des Jakobus, und Salome Gewürzkräuter, um hinzugehen und Jesu Leichnam zu salben.
2 And very early in the morning, the first day of the week, they come to the sepulchre, the sun being now risen.
Am ersten Wochentag in aller Frühe gleich nach Sonnenaufgang machten sie sich auf zum Grab.
3 And they said one to another: Who shall roll us back the stone from the door of the sepulchre?
Da sprachen sie zueinander: "Wer wälzt uns wohl den Stein von der Grabesöffnung?"
4 And looking, they saw the stone rolled back. For it was very great.
Doch als sie hinsahen, bemerkten sie, daß der Stein schon weggewälzt war; denn er war sehr groß.
5 And entering into the sepulchre, they saw a young man sitting on the right side, clothed with a white robe: and they were astonished.
Als sie dann in die Grabkammer traten, sahen sie rechts einen Jüngling in weißem Gewand sitzen. Und sie erschraken sehr.
6 Who saith to them: Be not affrighted; you seek Jesus of Nazareth, who was crucified: he is risen, he is not here, behold the place where they laid him.
Er aber sprach zu ihnen: "Entsetzt euch nicht! Ihr wollt nach Jesus sehen, dem Nazarener, der gekreuzigt ist? Er ist auferstanden, er ist nicht hier! Seht da die Stätte, wohin man ihn gelegt!
7 But go, tell his disciples and Peter that he goeth before you into Galilee; there you shall see him, as he told you.
Und jetzt geht hin und meldet seinen Jüngern, vor allen Petrus: 'Er geht euch voraus nach Galiläa; dort werdet ihr ihn sehen, wie er euch gesagt.'"
8 But they going out, fled from the sepulchre. For a trembling and fear had seized them: and they said nothing to any man; for they were afraid.
Da verließen sie das Grab und eilten weg; denn Zittern und Entsetzen erfüllte sie. Und sie sagten niemand ein Wort davon; denn sie waren voll Furcht....

10 She went and told them that had been with him, who were mourning and weeping.
Die ging hin und verkündigte es denen, die ihn einst begleitet hatten und die nun trauerten und weinten.
11 And they hearing that he was alive, and had been seen by her, did not believe.
Doch als sie hörten, er lebe und sei von ihr gesehen worden, da glaubten sie es nicht.
12 And after that he appeared in another shape to two of them walking, as they were going into the country.
Dann offenbarte er sich in anderer Gestalt Zweien von ihnen unterwegs, als sie zu einem Dorf gingen.
13 And they going told it to the rest: neither did they believe them.
Die gingen auch hin und verkündigten es den übrigen. Aber auch ihnen glaubten sie nicht.
14 At length he appeared to the eleven as they were at table: and he upbraided them with their incredulity and hardness of heart, because they did not believe them who had seen him after he was risen again.
Später offenbarte er sich den Elf, als sie bei Tisch waren: er schalt ihren Unglauben und ihre Herzenshärtigkeit, weil sie denen, die ihn nach seiner Auferstehung gesehen, nicht geglaubt hätten.
15 And he said to them: Go ye into the whole world, and preach the gospel to every creature.
Dann sprach er zu ihnen: "Geht hin in alle Welt und verkündigt die Heilsbotschaft der ganzen Menschheit.
16 He that believeth and is baptized, shall be saved: but he that believeth not shall be condemned.
Wer dann zum Glauben kommt und sich taufen läßt, der soll errettet werden. Wer aber nicht glauben will, der wird verdammt.
17 And these signs shall follow them that believe: In my name they shall cast out devils: they shall speak with new tongues.
Dies aber sind die Wunderzeichen, die den Gläubigen zuteil werden sollen: in meinem Namen werden sie böse Geister austreiben; sie werden mit neuen Zungen reden;
18 They shall take up serpents; and if they shall drink any deadly thing, it shall not hurt them: they shall lay their hands upon the sick, and they shall recover.
mit ihren Händen werden sie Schlangen aufheben, und wenn sie etwas Tödliches trinken, soll es ihnen nicht schaden; Kranken werden sie die Hände auflegen, und sie sollen genesen."
19 And the Lord Jesus, after he had spoken to them, was taken up into heaven, and sitteth on the right hand of God.
Als der Herr Jesus so mit ihnen geredet hatte, ward er aufgehoben in den Himmel und setzte sich zur Rechten Gottes.
20 But they going forth preached every where: the Lord working withal, and confirming the word with signs that followed.
Sie zogen aus und predigten überall. Dabei stand ihnen der Herr zur Seite und bestätigte ihr Wort durch die begleitenden Wunderzeichen.
