Job 5
1 “Call out if you please, but who will answer? To which of the holy ones will you turn?
| «ئێستا بانگ بکە، بزانە کێ وەڵامت دەداتەوە؟ ڕوو لە کام لە پیرۆزان دەکەیت؟ |
2 For resentment kills a fool, and envy slays the simple.
| قین گێل دەکوژێت و بەغیلیش ساویلکە دەمرێنێت. |
3 I have seen a fool taking root, but suddenly his house was cursed.
| من گێلێکم بینی ڕەگی داکوتا، بەڵام لەناکاو ماڵەکەی بە نەفرەت کرا: |
4 His sons are far from safety, crushed in court without a defender.
| با کوڕەکانی لە ئاسوودەیی بەدوور بن، لە دادگا تێکبشکێنرێن و کەس فریایان نەکەوێت. |
5 The hungry consume his harvest, taking it even from the thorns, and the thirsty pant after his wealth.
| دروێنەکەیان کەسانی برسی دەیخۆن، ئەگەر لەناو دڕکیش بێت هەر دەیبەن، تینووش سامانەکەی هەڵدەقورتێنێت، |
6 For distress does not spring from the dust, and trouble does not sprout from the ground.
| چونکە بەڵا لەناو خۆڵەوە دەرناچێت و چەرمەسەریش لە زەوییەوە ناڕووێت. |
7 Yet man is born to trouble as surely as sparks fly upward.
| بەڵام مرۆڤ بۆ چەرمەسەری لەدایک دەبێت، وەک چۆن پریشکی ئاگر هەڵدەستێت. |
8 However, if I were you, I would appeal to God and lay my cause before Him—
| «بەڵام ئەگەر من لە جێی تۆ بوومایە داوام لە خودا دەکرد و کێشەی خۆمم دەدایە دەست ئەو. |
9 the One who does great and unsearchable things, wonders without number.
| ئەوەی کارە مەزنەکانی کردووە کە ناپشکێنرێن و کارە سەرسوڕهێنەرەکان کە لە ژماردن نایەن. |
10 He gives rain to the earth and sends water upon the fields.
| ئەوەی باران بەسەر ڕووی زەویدا دەبارێنێت و ئاو بۆ سەر ڕووی دەشتودەر دەنێرێت. |
11 He sets the lowly on high, so that mourners are lifted to safety.
| ئەوەی بێفیزەکان بەرزدەکاتەوە، هەروەها خەمبارەکان بەرەو دڵنیایی دەبات. |
12 He thwarts the schemes of the crafty, so that their hands find no success.
| ئەو تەگبیری تەڵەکەبازان پووچ دەکاتەوە بۆ ئەوەی هیچ کارێک لەسەر دەستی ئەوان سەرکەوتوو نەبێت. |
13 He catches the wise in their craftiness, and sweeps away the plans of the cunning.
| ئەوەی داناکان بە فێڵبازی خۆیانەوە دەگرێت، ڕاوێژی تەڵەکەبازان ڕادەماڵێت. |
14 They encounter darkness by day and grope at noon as in the night.
| لە ڕۆژدا تاریکی بەسەریاندا دێت، لە نیوەڕۆشدا بە پەلکوتان دەڕۆن وەک بە شەو. |
15 He saves the needy from the sword in their mouth and from the clutches of the powerful.
| ئەو نەدار لە دەمی خراپەکار و لە دەستی ستەمکار ڕزگار دەکات. |
16 So the poor have hope, and injustice shuts its mouth.
| جا زەلیل بە هیوا دەبێت و ناڕەوا دەمی دادەخات. |
17 Blessed indeed is the man whom God corrects; so do not despise the discipline of the Almighty.
| «سەرزەنشتکردن لەلایەن خوداوە بەرەکەتە، لەبەر ئەوە تەمبێکردنی خودای هەرە بەتوانا ڕەت مەکەرەوە. |
18 For He wounds, but He also binds; He strikes, but His hands also heal.
| لەبەر ئەوەی ئەو بریندار دەکات و برینیش ساڕێژ دەکات، وردوخاش دەکات و بە دەستەکانی خۆی دەیگرێتەوە. |
19 He will rescue you from six calamities; no harm will touch you in seven.
| لە شەش بەڵا ڕزگارت دەکات و لە حەوتەمیش خراپەت لێ ناکەوێت. |
20 In famine He will redeem you from death, and in battle from the stroke of the sword.
| لە قاتوقڕیدا لە مردن دەتکڕێتەوە و لە جەنگیشدا لە دەمی شمشێر. |
21 You will be hidden from the scourge of the tongue, and will not fear havoc when it comes.
| لە خەنجەری زمان پارێزراو دەبیت، کە وێرانە ڕووت تێ دەکات ناترسیت. |
22 You will laugh at destruction and famine, and need not fear the beasts of the earth.
| بە وێرانی و قاتوقڕی پێدەکەنیت و لە ئاژەڵە دڕندەکان ناترسیت، |
23 For you will have a covenant with the stones of the field, and the wild animals will be at peace with you.
| چونکە لەگەڵ بەردەکانی دەشتودەر پەیمانت دەبێت و ئاژەڵە کێوییەکان ئاشتیت لەگەڵ دەبەستن. |
24 You will know that your tent is secure, and find nothing amiss when inspecting your home.
| جا دەزانیت کە ڕەشماڵەکەت سەلامەتە و سەرژمێری ماڵەکەت دەکەیت و هیچت ون نەبووە. |
25 You will know that your offspring will be many, your descendants like the grass of the earth.
| ئەو کاتە دەزانیت کە منداڵت چەند زۆر دەبن و نەوەکانت وەک گیای زەوی دەبن. |
26 You will come to the grave in full vigor, like a sheaf of grain gathered in season.
| لەوپەڕی تەندروستیدا دەچیتە ناو گۆڕەوە وەک هەڵگرتنی کۆڵێک لە کاتی خۆیدا. |
27 Indeed, we have investigated, and it is true! So hear it and know for yourself.”
| «ئێمە لەمە وردبووینەوە و بینیمان کە ڕاستە، جا تۆش گوێ بگرە و لە ژیانی خۆتدا پەیڕەوی بکە.» |
