< Psalms 22 >
1 For the Chief Musician; set to “The Doe of the Morning.” A Psalm by David. My God, my God, why have you forsaken me? Why are you so far from helping me, and from the words of my groaning?

2 My God, I cry in the daytime, but you do not answer; in the night season, and am not silent.
O Chineke m, ana m akpọku gị nʼehihie, ma ị dịghị aza m, nʼabalị kwa, ma ọ dịghị izuike m nwere.
3 But you are holy, you who inhabit the praises of Israel.
Nʼezie, i nọ nʼocheeze gị dịka Onye ahụ dị Nsọ; ị bụ otuto ndị Izrel.
4 Our fathers trusted in you. They trusted, and you delivered them.
Nna anyị ha tụkwasịrị gị obi; ha tụkwasịrị gị obi, ị zọpụtakwara ha.
5 They cried to you, and were delivered. They trusted in you, and were not disappointed.
Ha kpọkuru gị si otu a bụrụ ndị a zọpụtara; ihere emeghị ha nʼihi na ha tụkwasịrị gị obi.
6 But I am a worm, and no man; a reproach of men, and despised by the people.
Abụ m idide, abụghị m mmadụ; onye ndị ọzọ na-akwa emo, onye ndị mmadụ na-eleda anya.
7 All those who see me mock me. They insult me with their lips. They shake their heads, saying,
Ndị niile hụrụ m na-achị m ọchị; na-emiri m ọnụ ịkwa emo, na-efufekwa isi ha na-asị.
8 “He trusts in the LORD. Let him deliver him. Let him rescue him, since he delights in him.”
“O na-atụkwasị Onyenwe anyị obi; ka Onyenwe anyị bịa gbapụta ya. Ya napụta ya ebe ọ bụ na ihe ya masịrị ya.”
9 But you brought me out of the womb. You made me trust while at my mother’s breasts.
Ma Onyenwe anyị, ọ bụ gị wepụtara m site nʼafọ nne m. Ọ bụ gị mere ka m tụkwasị gị obi, ọ bụladị mgbe m ka na-aṅụ ara.
10 I was thrown on you from my mother’s womb. You are my God since my mother bore me.
Site nʼoge amụrụ m ka e nyefere m nʼaka gị. Site nʼafọ nne m, ka gị onwe gị bụ Chineke m.
11 Do not be far from me, for trouble is near. For there is no one to help.
Anọla m ebe dị anya, nʼihi na nsogbu dị nso. Ọ dịkwaghị onye inyeaka nọ nso.
12 Many bulls have surrounded me. Strong bulls of Bashan have encircled me.
Ọtụtụ oke ehi gbara m gburugburu; oke ehi dị ike nke Bashan gbara m gburugburu.
13 They open their mouths wide against me, lions tearing prey and roaring.
Ọdụm ndị na-agbọ ụja mgbe ha na-adọgbu anụ ọhịa asaghepụla ọnụ ha megide m.
14 I am poured out like water. All my bones are out of joint. My heart is like wax. It is melted within me.
A wụpụla m dịka mmiri, ọkpụkpụ m niile apụkwaala nʼọnọdụ ha. Obi m agbazela dịka mmanụ, obi ịlọ mmiri ewerela ọnọdụ nʼime m.
15 My strength is dried up like a potsherd. My tongue sticks to the roof of my mouth. You have brought me into the dust of death.
Ike ọbụla adịghịkwa m nʼahụ, dịka a ga-asị na m bụ ụrọ nke anwụ mịkọọrọ mmiri dị ya nʼime. Ire m na-araparakwa m nʼọnụ, nʼihi na ị tọgbọrọ m nʼọnụ ọnwụ.
16 For dogs have surrounded me. A company of evildoers have enclosed me. They have pierced my hands and feet.

17 I can count all of my bones. They look and stare at me.

18 They divide my garments among them. They cast lots for my clothing.
Ha na-eke uwe m nʼetiti ha, ha sitere nʼife nza kee uwe m.
19 But do not be far off, LORD. You are my help. Hurry to help me!
Ma gị, Onyenwe anyị, anọla m ebe dị anya; gị Onye bụ ike m, mee ngwangwa bịa nyere m aka.
20 Deliver my soul from the sword, my precious life from the power of the dog.
Napụta ndụ m site na mma agha, site nʼike ụmụ nkịta, napụta ndụ m nke dị oke ọnụahịa.
21 Save me from the lion’s mouth! Yes, you have rescued me from the horns of the wild oxen.
Gbapụta m site nʼọnụ ọdụm ndị a, zọpụta m site na mpi atụ ndị a.
22 I will declare your name to my brothers. Among the assembly, I will praise you.
Aga m ekwupụta aha gị nye ụmụnna m; nʼetiti ọha mmadụ aga m enye gị otuto.
23 You who fear the LORD, praise him! All you descendants of Jacob, glorify him! Stand in awe of him, all you descendants of Israel!
Toonu Onyenwe anyị! Unu niile bụ ndị na-atụ egwu ya; unu bụ ndị agbụrụ Jekọb, sọpụrụnụ ya! Tụọnụ ya egwu, unu agbụrụ Izrel!
24 For he has not despised nor abhorred the affliction of the afflicted, neither has he hidden his face from him; but when he cried to him, he heard.
Nʼihi na o ledaghị ahụhụ onye a na-akpagbu anya maọbụ kwaa ya emo; o lefughị ya anya kama mgbe ọ kpọkuru ya, ọ nụrụ olu akwa ya.
25 My praise of you comes in the great assembly. I will pay my vows before those who fear him.
Isiokwu otuto m nʼetiti ọha mmadụ sitere na gị; aga m emezukwa nkwa niile m kwere gị nʼihu ndị ahụ na-atụ egwu gị.
26 The humble shall eat and be satisfied. They shall praise the LORD who seek after him. Let your hearts live forever.
Ndị ogbenye ga-eri nri, rijuo afọ ha, ndị niile na-achọ Onyenwe anyị ga-eto ya ka mkpụrụobi unu dị ndụ ruo mgbe ebighị ebi.
27 All the ends of the earth shall remember and turn to the LORD. All the relatives of the nations shall worship before you.
Nsọtụ elu ụwa niile ga-echeta, ma laghachikwute Onyenwe anyị. Ezinaụlọ nke mba niile dị iche iche ga-akpọ isiala nʼihu ya.
28 For the kingdom is the LORD’s. He is the ruler over the nations.
Nʼihi na ike ọchịchị bụ nke Onyenwe anyị, ọ na-achịkwa mba niile.
29 All the rich ones of the earth shall eat and worship. All those who go down to the dust shall bow before him, even he who cannot keep his soul alive.
Ndị ọgaranya niile nke elu ụwa ga-eri oriri ma fee ya; ihe niile na-anwụ anwụ ga-akpọ isiala nʼihu ya; ndị na-apụghị idebe onwe ha ndụ.
30 Posterity shall serve him. Future generations shall be told about the Lord.
Agbụrụ anyị ga-ejere ya ozi; a ga-akọrọ ọgbọ ndị na-abịa nʼihu ihe banyere onyenwe anyị.
31 They shall come and shall declare his righteousness to a people that shall be born, for he has done it.
Ha ga-ekwusa ezi omume ya nye ọgbọ niile na-abịa nʼihu, bụ ndị a na-amụbeghị nʼihi na o meela ya.
