< Zaburi 75 >
1 Kuom jatend wer. E dwol mar “Kik iketh gik moko.” Zaburi mar Asaf. Wer. Wagoyoni erokamano, yaye Nyasaye, wagoyoni erokamano nimar Nyingi ni machiegni, kendo ji lando timbeni miwuoro.
To the Chief Musician. "Do not Destroy." A Melody of Asaph, a Song. We have given thanks unto thee, O God, we have given thanks, And, in calling upon thy Name, men have recounted thy wonders.
2 Iwacho niya, “An ema ayiero ndalo mowinjore, kendo an ema angʼado bura kare.
Surely I will take a set time, —I, with equity, will judge:
3 Ka piny kaachiel gi ji duto modakie yiengni, to an ema amako sirnige motegno. (Sela)
Earth was melting away with all its inhabitants, I, have fixed the pillars thereof. (Selah)
4 Joma ochecho akwero ni, ‘Weuru sungoru,’ to joma timbegi richo to okwero niya, ‘Weuru tingʼo tungeu malo.
I have said to the boasters, Do not boast, And to the lawless, Do not lift up a horn;
5 Weuru sungoru ni un gi teko, kendo kuwuoyo kududo ngʼutu.’”
Do not lift up on high your horn, Nor speak of the Rock, with arrogance;
6 Nimar duongʼ ok nyal medore ne ngʼato koa wuok chiengʼ kata podho chiengʼ kata e thim.
For neither from east nor west, Nor from the wilderness of the mountains [cometh exaltation];
7 To Nyasaye ma jangʼad bura ema dwoko ngʼato piny, kendo tingʼo ngʼat machielo malo.
For, God himself, is about to judge, One, he will cast down, Another, he will lift up;
8 Nitiere kikombe mopongʼ gi divai mochiek e lwet Jehova Nyasaye en kikombe mopongʼ gi divai mokik gi apilo, Nyasaye ole oko, to joma timbegi richo duto manie piny madhe duto pep nyaka ngʼiende.
For, a cup, is in the hand of Yahweh, Whose wine is foaming, It is full of spiced wine, Which he hath caused to flow from one to another, —Surely, the dregs thereof, they shall drain out—they shall drink, Even all the lawless ones of the earth.
9 An to abiro siko ka alando wachni nyaka chiengʼ kendo abiro wero wende pak ne Nyasach Jakobo,
But, I, will exult unto times age-abiding, I will sing praises unto the God of Jacob;
10 mawacho niya, “Abiro ngʼado oko tunge joma timbegi richo duto, to tunge joma kare to ibiro tingʼ malo.”
But, all the horns of the lawless, will I hew off, —Exalted shall be the horns of the Righteous One.
