2 Mosebog 35
1 Moses kaldte hele Israeliternes Menighed sammen og sagde til dem: Dette er, hvad HERREN har pålagt eder at gøre:
Moses/I gathered all the Israeli people together and said to them, “This is what Yahweh has commanded you to do:
2 I seks Dage må der arbejdes, men på den syvende Dag skal I holde Helligdag, en fuldkommen Hviledag for HERREN. Enhver, der den Dag udfører noget Arbejde, skal lide Døden.
[Each week] you may work for six days, but on the seventh day you must rest. It is a sacred day, dedicated to Yahweh. Anyone who does any work on the seventh day must be executed.
3 På Sabbatsdagen må I ikke gøre Ild i nogen af eders Boliger.
Do not [even] light a fire in your homes on days of rest.”
4 Derpå sagde Moses til hele Israeliternes Menighed: Dette er, hvad HERREN har påbudt:
Moses/I also said to all the Israeli people, “This is [also] what Yahweh has commanded:
5 I skal tage en Offerydelse til HERREN af, hvad I ejer. Enhver, som i sit Hjerte føler sig tilskyndet dertil, skal komme med det, HERRENs Offerydelse, Guld, Sølv, Kobber,
Make offerings to Yahweh. Everyone who wants to should bring to Yahweh an offering. [These are the things that they may offer]: Gold, silver, bronze,
6 violet og rødt Purpurgatn, karmoisinrødt Garn, Byssus, Gedehår,
fine white linen, blue or purple or red cloth, [cloth made from] goats’ hair,
7 rødfarvede Væderskind, Tahasjskind, Akacietræ,
rams’ skins that are (tanned/dyed red), fine leather made from goatskins, wood from acacia [trees],
8 Olie til Lysestagen, vellugtende Stofer til Salveolien og Røgelsen,
oil for the lamps, spices to put in the olive oil for anointing and in the sweet-smelling incense,
9 Sjohamsten og Ædelsten til Indfatning på Efoden og Brystskjoldet.
[valuable] onyx stones or [other] valuable stones to fasten onto the [priest’s] sacred apron and put on his sacred chest pouch.
10 Og alle kunstforstandige Mænd iblandt eder skal komme og lave alt, hvad HERREN har påbudt:
“All the skilled workers among you should come and make all the things that Yahweh has commanded:
11 Boligen med dens Teltdække og Dække, dens Kroge, Brædder, Tværstænger, Piller og Fodstykker,
The Sacred Tent and its covering, its fasteners and its frames, its crossbars, its posts, its bases,
12 Arken med Bærestængerne, Sonedækket og det indre Forhæng,
the sacred chest with its poles and its lid, the curtain that will separate the Holy Place from the Very Holy Place,
13 Bordet med dets Bærestænger og alt dets Tilbehør og Skuebrødene,
the table with the poles [for carrying it] and all the things that will be used with the table, the sacred bread that will be offered to God,
14 Lysestagen med dens Tilbehør, dens Lamper og Olien til Lysestagen,
the lampstand for the lamps with all the things that will be used to take care of them, the oil for the lamps,
15 Røgelsealteret med dets Bærestænger, Salveolien og Røgelsen. Forhænget til Boligens Indgang,
the altar for [burning] incense, and the poles [for carrying that altar], the oil for anointing and the sweet-smelling incense, the curtain for the entrance of the Sacred Tent,
16 Brændofferalteret med Kobbergitteret, Bærestængerne og alt dets Tilbehør, Vandkummen med dens Fodstykke,
the altar for offering [sacrifices that will be completely] burned and its bronze grating, the poles [for carrying] that altar and all the things that will be used with it, the washbasin and its base,
17 Forgårdens Omhæng, dens Piller og Fodstykker og Forhænget til Forgårdens Indgang,
the curtains [to surround] the courtyard and the posts and bases [for the posts from which to hang the curtains], the curtain for the entrance to the courtyard,
18 Boligens og Forgårdens Pæle med Reb,
the pegs and ropes for the Sacred Tent and for the courtyard,
19 Pragtklæderne til Tjenesten i Helligdommen, de hellige Klæder til Præsten Aron og hans Sønners Klæder til Brug ved Præstetjenesten.
and the beautiful clothes that Aaron and his sons are to wear when they do their work in the Holy Place.”
20 Da forlod hele Israeliternes Menighed Moses.
Then all the Israeli people returned [to their tents].
21 Og enhver, som i sit Hjerte følte sig drevet dertil, og hvis Ånd tilskyndede ham, kom med HERRENs Offerydelse til Opførelsen af Åbenbaringsteltet og til alt Arbejdet derved og til de hellige Klæder.
Everyone who wanted to brought an offering to Yahweh. They brought some of the things that would be used to make the Sacred Tent and all the other items that would be used in the rituals, and the materials to make the sacred clothes [for the priests].
22 De kom dermed, både Mænd og Kvinder; enhver, som i sit Hjerte følte sig tilskyndet dertil, kom med Spænder, Ørenringe, Fingerringe og Halssmykker, alle Hånde Guldsmykker. Og enhver, der vilde vie HERREN en Gave af Guld, kom dermed.
All the men and women who wanted to brought gold ornaments, earrings, rings, necklaces, and many other kinds of things made of gold, and they dedicated them to Yahweh.
23 Og enhver, i hvis Eje der fandtes violet og rødt Purpurgarn, karmoisinrødt Garn, Byssus, Gedehår, rødfarvede Væderskind eller Tahasjskind, kom dermed.
And many [HYP] people who had blue, purple, or red cloth or fine white linen or cloth made from goats’ hair or rams’ skins that were (tanned/dyed red) or leather made from goatskins brought some of these things.
24 Og enhver, der vilde give en Offerydelse af Sølv eller Kobber, kom med HERRENs Offerydelse. Og enhver, der ejede Akacietræ til alt Byggearbejdet, kom dermed.
All those who had silver or bronze brought them as offerings to Yahweh. All those who had some acacia wood that could be used for any of the work brought it.
25 Og alle kunstforstandige Kvinder spandt med egne Hænder og kom med deres Spind, violet og rødt Purpur, Karmoisin og Byssus.
All the women who were skilled to make cloth brought fine linen thread and blue, purple, or red yarn/thread that they had made/spun.
26 Og alle Kvinder, som i Kraft af deres Kunstsnilde følte sig tilskyndede dertil i deres Hjerte, spandt Gedehårene.
And all the women who wanted to made/spun thread from goats’ hair.
27 Og Øversterne kom med Sjohamstenene og Ædelstenene til Indfatningen på Efoden og Brystskjoldet
All the leaders brought valuable onyx stones and other valuable stones to be fastened to Aaron’s sacred apron and his sacred chest pouch.
28 og de vellugtende Stoffer og Olien til Lysestagen og til Salveolien og Røgelsen.
They also brought spices [to put in the sweet-smelling incense], and they brought olive oil for the lamps and for the oil for anointing and for putting in the sweet-smelling incense.
29 Enhver Mand og Kvinde af Israeliterne, som i sit Hjerte følte sig tilskyndet til at bringe, hvad der krævedes til Udførelsen af alt det Arbejde, HERREN gennem Moses havde påbudt, bragte det som en frivillig Gave til HERREN.
All the Israeli men and women who wanted to brought these things to offer them to Yahweh, for doing the work that he had commanded Moses/me to do.
30 Derpå sagde Moses til Israeliterne: Se, HERREN har kaldet Bezal'el, en Søn af Hurs Søn Uri, af Judas Stamme
Moses/I said to the Israeli people, “Listen carefully. Yahweh has chosen Bezalel, the son of Uri and grandson of Hur, from the tribe of Judah.
31 og fyldt ham med Guds Ånd, med Kunstsnilde, Kløgt og Indsigt i alskens Arbejde
Yahweh has enabled his Spirit to completely control Bezalel and has given him ability and enabled him to know how to do very skilled work.
32 til at udtænke Kunstværker og til at arbejde i Guld, Sølv og Kobber
He can engrave skillful designs in gold, silver, and bronze.
33 og med Udskæring af Sten til Indfatning og med Træskærerarbejde, kort sagt til at udføre alskens Kunstarbejde.
He can cut (jewels/valuable stones) and enclose them [in tiny gold frames]. He can carve things from wood and do other skilled work.
34 Og tillige har han givet både ham og Oholiab, Ahisamaks Søn, af Dans Stamme Gaver til at lære fra sig.
Yahweh has also given to him and to Oholiab, the son of Ahisamach, from the tribe of Dan, the ability to teach their skills to others.
35 Han har fyldt dem med Kunstsnilde til at udføre alskens Udskæringsarbejde, Kunstvævning, broget Vævning af violet og rødt Purpurgarn, karmoisinrødt Garn og Byssus og almindelig Vævning, så de kan udføre alt Slags Arbejde og udtænke Kunstværker.
He has given to them the ability to do all kinds of work that is done by craftsmen—those who create artistic things, those who make fine white linen, those who embroider designs using blue or purple or red yarn/thread, and those who make other cloth. They are able to do many [HYP] kinds of skillful work.
