1 Elohim Pathen lungsettah in neihuhdoh in! Yahweh Pakai, gangtah in hung in lang neihung kithopin.
To the Chief Musician. David’s. To call to Remembrance. [Be pleased] O God, to rescue me, O Yahweh, to help me—make haste.
2 Tha dia eiholten jumna toh uhenlang jachatsah in. Ka gentheipet a kipahho jachat thohpum in kinunglesah tan.
Let them turn pale and then at once blush, Who are seeking my life, —Let them draw back, and be confounded, Who are taking pleasure in my misfortune;
3 Amaho chu tijat le jachat thohsah in, ajeh chu amahon “aphai tun ama ikhut uvah aumtai” atiuve.
Let them turn back, on account of their own shame, Who are saying, Aha! Aha!
4 Hinlah koi hileh nangma holte jousen nang a kipa-le-thanopna dimset muo hen. Koi hileh na mihuhhingna ngaichaho jouse chun “Elohim Pathen hi aloupi e!” tin samging'u hen.
Let all them be glad and rejoice in thee, Yea, let them, who are seekers of thee, —say continually, God be magnified! Who are lovers of thy salvation.
5 Hinla keidin vang vaicha le lhasam ka hi; O Elohim Pathen lungset tah in eipanpi din hung loi in. Nanghi eipanpi le eihuhhingpa na hi; O Yahweh Pakai geisang hih in.
But, I, being humbled and needy, O God, haste to me, —My help and my deliverer, art thou, O Yahweh do not tarry.
