1 Joseph koca rhoek ham hmulung a yueh vaengah Jordan khocuk Jerikho kah Jerikho tui kaepah khosoek la luei tih Jerikho lamloh Bethel tlang la,
And the lot of the children of Joseph fell from the Jordan by Jericho, unto the waters of Jericho on the east, to the wilderness that goeth up from Jericho by the mount Beth-el,
2 Bethel lamloh Luz la cet tih Arkii Ataroth khorhi la kat.
And [the boundary] went out from Beth-el to Luz, and passed along unto the boundary of the Arkites to 'Ataroth,
3 Te phoeiah khotlak kah Japhletee khorhi la suntla tih a dang Bethhoron neh Gezer khorhi, tuili kah a hmoi a hmoi ah om uh.
And went down westward to the boundary of the Yaphleti, unto the border of Beth-choron the lower, and to Gezer; and its terminations were toward the sea.
4 Te tlam te ni Joseph koca Manasseh neh Ephraim te phaeng la om.
This did the children of Joseph, Menasseh and Ephraim, take as their inheritance.
5 Ephraim koca ah amih cako kah khorhi aka om tah khocuk ah Atarothaddar lamkah Bethhoron kholu due te amih kah rho khorhi la om.
And [this] was the boundary of the children of Ephraim according to their families; and the boundary of their inheritance on the east side was 'Atroth-addar, up to Beth-choron the upper;
6 Te phoeiah tlangpuei kah Mikmthath tuili rhi te a paan tih khocuk Taanathshiloh rhi la a keen phoeiah khocuk kah Janoah la kat.
And the boundary went out toward the sea to Michmethath on the north; and the boundary fetched a compass eastward unto Taanathshiloh, and passed by it on the east to Yanochah;
7 Te phoeiah Janoah lamkah Ataroth neh Naarah la aka suntla te Jerikho a doo tih Jordan la pawk.
And it went down from Yanochah to 'Ataroth, and to Na'arath, and touched on Jericho, and went out at the Jordan.
8 Tappuah lamloh tuili rhi ah Kanah soklong la cet tih tuitunli ah a bawtnah om. He Ephraim ca rhoek kah koca rhoek ah amah cako kah rho la om.
From Tappuach westward the border went out unto the brook Kanah; and its terminations were toward the sea. This is the inheritance of the tribe of the children of Ephraim after their families;
9 Hekah khopuei he Manasseh ca rhoek kah rho la aka om khopuei vangca rhoek boeih khui ah Ephraim ca rhoek ham khotlueh la om.
And [in addition to this] the cities which were separated for the children of Ephraim in the midst of the inheritance of the children of Menasseh, all the cities with their villages.
10 Tedae Gezer kah khosa Kanaani te tah haek uh pawh. Te dongah Kanaani loh Ephraim lakli ah tihnin due kho a sak tih aka thotat saldong la om.
And they drove not out the Canaanites that dwelt in Gezer; but the Canaanites dwelt among the Ephraimites until this day, and became tributary servants.
