Nehemiya 12
1 Ansembe ndi Alevi amene anabwerera pamodzi ndi Zerubabeli mwana wa Sealatieli ndi Yesuwa anali awa: Seraya, Yeremiya, Ezara,
These also are the Priestes and the Leuites that went vp with Zerubbabel, the sonne of Shealtiel, and Ieshua: to wit, Seraiah, Ieremiah, Ezra,
2 Amariya, Maluki, Hatusi,
Amariah, Malluch, Hattush,
3 Sekaniya, Rehumu, Meremoti,
Shecaniah, Rehum, Merimoth,
4 Ido, Ginetoyi, Abiya
Iddo, Ginnetho, Abiiah,
5 Miyamini, Maadiya, Biliga,
Miamin, Maadiah, Bilgah,
6 Semaya, Yowaribu, Yedaya,
Shemaiah, and Ioiarib, Iedaiah,
7 Salu, Amoki, Hilikiya ndi Yedaya. Awa ndiye anali atsogoleri a ansembe ndi abale awo pa nthawi ya Yesuwa.
Sallu, Amok, Hilkiiah, Iedaiah: these were the chiefe of the Priests, and of their brethren in the dayes of Ieshua.
8 Alevi anali Yesuwa, Binuyi, Kadimieli, Serebiya, Yuda, ndiponso Mataniya, amene pamodzi ndi abale ake ankatsogolera nyimbo za mayamiko.
And the Leuites, Ieshua, Binnui, Kadmiel, Sherebiah, Iudah, Mattaniah were ouer the thankesgiuings, he, and his brethren.
9 Abale awo, Bakibukiya ndi Uri, ankayimba nyimbo molandizana.
And Bakbukiah and Vnni, and their brethren were about them in the watches.
10 Yesuwa anabereka Yowakimu, Yowakimu anabereka Eliyasibu, Eliyasibu anabereka Yoyada.
And Ieshua begate Ioiakim: Ioiakim also begate Eliashib, and Eliashib begate Ioiada.
11 Yoyada anabereka Yonatani, ndipo Yonatani anabereka Yaduwa.
And Ioiada begate Ionathan, and Ionathan begate Iaddua,
12 Pa nthawi ya Yowakimu, awa ndiwo anali atsogoleri a mabanja a ansembe: Mtsogoleri wa fuko la Seraya anali Meraya; wa fuko la Yeremiya anali Hananiya;
And in the daies of Ioiakim were these, the chiefe fathers of the Priests: vnder Seraiah was Meraiah, vnder Ieremiah, Hananiah,
13 wa fuko la Ezara anali Mesulamu; wa fuko la Amariya anali Yehohanani;
Vnder Ezra, Meshullam, vnder Amariah, Iehohanan,
14 wa fuko la Maluki anali Yonatani; wa fuko la Sebaniya anali Yosefe;
Vnder Melicu, Ionathan, vnder Shebaniah, Ioseph,
15 wa fuko la Harimu anali Adina; wa fuko la Merayoti anali Helikayi;
Vnder Harim, Adna, vnder Maraioth, Helkai,
16 wa fuko la Ido anali Zekariya; wa fuko la Ginetoni anali Mesulamu;
Vnder Iddo, Zechariah, vnder Ginnithon, Meshullam,
17 wa fuko la Abiya anali Zikiri; wa fuko la Miniyamini ndi banja la Maadiya anali Pilitayi;
Vnder Abiiah, Zichri, vnder Miniamin, and vnder Moadiah, Piltai,
18 wa fuko la Biliga anali Samuwa; wa fuko la Semaya anali Yonatani;
Vnder Bilgah, Shammua, vnder Shemaiah, Iehonathan,
19 wa fuko la Yowaribu anali Matenayi; wa fuko la Yedaya anali Uzi;
Vnder Ioiarib, Mattenai, vnder Iedaiah, Vzzi,
20 wa fuko la Salai anali Kalai; wa fuko la Amoki anali Eberi;
Vnder Sallai, Kallai, vnder Amok, Eber,
21 wa fuko la Hilikiya anali Hasabiya; wa fuko la Yedaya anali Netaneli.
Vnder Hilkiah, Hashabiah, vnder Iedaiah, Nethaneel.
22 Pa nthawi ya Eliyasibu, Yoyada, Yohanani ndi Yaduwa panalembedwa atsogolera a mabanja a Alevi ndi a ansembe mpaka pa nthawi ya ulamuliro wa Dariyo Mperisi.
In the dayes of Eliashib, Ioiada, and Iohanan and Iaddua were the chiefe fathers of the Leuites written, and the Priests in the reigne of Darius the Persian.
23 Zidzukulu za Levi, makamaka atsogoleri a mabanja awo analembedwa mʼbuku la mbiri mpaka pa nthawi ya Yohanani mwana wa Eliyasibu.
The sonnes of Leui, the chiefe fathers were written in the booke of the Chronicles euen vnto the dayes of Iohanan the sonne of Eliashib.
24 Ndipo atsogoleri a Alevi awa, Hasabiya, Serebiya, Yesuwa mwana wa Kadimieli ndi abale awo, ankayimba nyimbo zotamanda ndi zothokoza molandizana. Gulu limodzi linkavomerezana ndi linzake monga mmene Davide munthu wa Mulungu analamulira.
And the chiefe of the Leuites were Hashabiah, Sherebiah, and Ieshua the sonne of Kadmiel, and their brethren about them to giue prayse and thankes, according to the ordinance of Dauid the man of God, ward ouer against warde.
25 Mataniya, Bakibukiya, Obadiya, Mesulamu, Talimoni ndi Akubu anali olonda nyumba zosungiramo chuma pa zipata za ku Nyumba ya Mulungu.
Mattaniah and Bakbukiah, Obadiah, Meshullam, Talmon and Akkub were porters keeping the warde at the thresholds of the gates.
26 Iwo ndiwo ankatumikira pa nthawi ya Yowakimu mwana wa Yesuwa mwana wa Yozadaki, ndiponso pa nthawi ya bwanamkubwa Nehemiya ndi wansembe Ezara amene analinso mlembi.
These were in the dayes of Ioiakim, the sonne of Ieshua, the sonne of Iozadak, and in the dayes of Nehemiah the captaine, and of Ezra the Priest and scribe.
27 Pa mwambo wopereka khoma la Yerusalemu anayitana Alevi kulikonse kumene ankakhala kuti abwere ku Yerusalemu ku mwambo wopereka khoma kwa Mulungu, mwachimwemwe ndi mothokoza poyimba nyimbo pamodzi ndi ziwiya za malipenga, azeze ndi apangwe.
And in the dedication of the wall at Ierusalem they sought the Leuites out of all their places to bring them to Ierusalem to keepe the dedication and gladnes, both with thankesgiuings and with songs, cymbales, violes and with harpes.
28 Tsono anthu a mabanja a Alevi oyimba nyimbo aja anasonkhana pamodzi kuchokera ku madera onse ozungulira Yerusalemu ndiponso ku midzi ya Anetofati,
Then the singers gathered themselues together both from the plaine countrey about Ierusalem, and from the villages of Netophathi,
29 Beti-Giligala ndi ku madera a ku Geba ndi Azimaveti, pakuti oyimbawo anali atamanga midzi yawo mozungulira Yerusalemu.
And from the house of Gilgal, and out of the countreis of Geba, and Azmaueth: for the singers had built them villages round about Ierusalem.
30 Tsono ansembe ndi Alevi anachita mwambo wodziyeretsa. Pambuyo pake anachita mwambo woyeretsa anthu onse ndi khoma la Yerusalemu.
And the Priests and Leuites were purified, and clensed the people, and the gates, and the wall.
31 Ine ndinabwera nawo atsogoleri a dziko la Yuda ndi kukwera nawo pa khoma. Ndipo ndinasankha magulu awiri akuluakulu oyimba nyimbo za matamando. Gulu limodzi linadzera mbali ya ku dzanja lamanja pa khoma mpaka ku Chipata cha Kudzala.
And I brought vp the princes of Iudah vpon the wall, and appointed two great companies to giue thankes, and the one went on the right hand of the wall toward the dung gate.
32 Pambuyo pawo panali Hosayia, theka la atsogoleri a Yuda aja
And after them went Hoshaiah, and halfe of the princes of Iudah,
33 pamodzi ndi Azariya, Ezara, Mesulamu,
And Azariah, Ezra and Meshullam,
34 Yuda, Benjamini, Semaya ndi Yeremiya.
Iudah, Beniamin, and Shemaiah, and Ieremiah,
35 Ena mwa ana a ansembe amene ankayimba malipenga awo anali awa: Zekariya mwana wa Yonatani mwana wa Semaya mwana wa Mataniya, mwana wa Mikaya, mwana wa Zakuri, mwana wa Asafu,
And of the Priests sonnes with trumpets, Zechariah the sonne of Ionathan, the sonne of Shemaiah, the sonne of Mattaniah, the sonne of Michaiah, the sonne of Zaccur, ye sonne of Asaph.
36 pamodzi ndi abale awo awa: Semaya, Azareli, Milalai, Gilalayi, Maayi, Netaneli, Yuda ndi Hanani. Onse ankagwiritsa ntchito zida zoyimbira za Davide, munthu wa Mulungu. Tsono Ezara mlembi uja ankawatsogolera.
And his brethren, Shemaiah, and Azareel, Milalai, Gilalai, Maai, Nethaneel, and Iudah, Hanani, with the musicall instruments of Dauid the man of God: and Ezra the scribe went before them.
37 Kuchokera ku Chipata cha Kasupe anayenda nakakwera makwerero opita ku mzinda wa Davide pa njira yotsatira khoma, chakumtundu kwa nyumba ya Davide mpaka ku Chipata cha Madzi, mbali ya kummawa.
And to the gate of the fountaine, euen ouer against them went they vp by the staires of the citie of Dauid, at the going vp of the wall beyond the house of Dauid, euen vnto the water gate Eastward.
38 Gulu loyimba lachiwiri linadzera mbali ya kumanzere kwa khomalo. Tsono ine ndi theka lina la atsogoleri aja tinkalitsata pambuyo tikuyenda pamwamba pa khomalo. Tinapitirira Nsanja ya Ngʼanjo mpaka ku Khoma Lotambasuka.
And the seconde companie of them that gaue thankes, went on the other side, and I after them, and the halfe of the people was vpon the wall, and vpon the towre of the furnaces euen vnto the broad wall.
39 Tinadutsanso Chipata cha Efereimu, Chipata cha Yesana, Chipata cha Nsomba, Nsanja ya Hananeli, Nsanja ya Zana mpaka kukafika ku Chipata cha Nkhosa. Ndipo mdipiti uwu unakayima pa Chipata cha Mlonda.
And vpon the gate of Ephraim, and vpon the olde gate, and vpon the fishgate, and the towre of Hananeel, and the towre of Meah, euen vnto the sheepegate: and they stood in the gate of the warde.
40 Choncho magulu onse awiri oyimba nyimbo zothokoza aja anakayima pafupi ndi Nyumba ya Mulungu. Pamodzi ndi ine ndi theka la atsogoleri aja,
So stood the two companies (of them that gaue thankes) in the house of God, and I and the halfe of the rulers with me.
41 panalinso ansembe awa akuyimba malipenga: Eliyakimu, Maaseya, Miniyamini, Mikaya, Eliyoenai, Zekariya ndi Hananiya.
The Priests also, Eliakim, Maaseiah, Miniamin, Michaiah, Elioenai, Zechariah, Hananiah, with trumpets,
42 Panalinso ansembe awa: Maaseya, Semaya, Eliezara, Uzi, Yehohanani, Milikiya, Elamu ndi Ezeri. Gulu loyimba linkatsogozedwa ndi Yezirahayiya.
And Maaseiah, and Shemaiah, and Eleazar, and Vzzi, and Iehohanan, and Malchiiah, and Elam, and Ezer: and the singers sang loude, hauing Izrahiah which was the ouerseer.
43 Pa tsiku limenelo anthu anapereka nsembe zambiri ndipo anakondwera chifukwa Mulungu anawapatsa chimwemwe chachikulu. Nawonso akazi ndi ana anakondwera ndipo kukondwa kwa anthu a mu mzinda wa Yerusalemu kunamveka kutali.
And the same day they offered great sacrifices and reioyced: for God had giuen them great ioy, so that both the women, and the children were ioyfull: and the ioy of Ierusalem was heard farre off.
44 Tsiku limenelo panasankhidwa anthu oyangʼanira zipinda zosungiramo zopereka zaufulu, zipatso zoyamba kucha, zopereka za chakhumi. Anthuwo ankasonkhanitsa zopereka kuchokera ku minda ya midzi yonse kuti azipereke kwa ansembe ndi Alevi malingana ndi malamulo. Izi zinali chomwechi chifukwa Ayuda ankakondwera ndi utumiki wa ansembe ndi Alevi.
Also at the same time were men appointed ouer the chambers of the store for the offerings (for the first fruites, and for the tithes) to gather into them out of the fieldes of the cities, the portions of the Law for the Priests and the Leuites: for Iudah reioyced for the Priests and for the Leuites, that serued.
45 Iwowa ankagwira ntchito ya Mulungu wawo, makamaka mwambo woyeretsa zinthu. Nawonso oyimba nyimbo ndi olonda ku Nyumba ya Mulungu anagwira ntchito zawo monga Davide ndi mwana wake Solomoni analamula.
And both the singers and the Leuites kept the ward of their God, and the warde of the purification according to the commandement of Dauid, and Salomon his sonne.
46 Pakuti kalekale, pa nthawi ya Davide ndi Asafu, panali atsogoleri a anthu oyimba nyimbo za matamando ndi nyimbo zoyamika Mulungu.
For in the dayes of Dauid and Asaph, of olde were chiefe singers, and songs of praise and thankesgiuing vnto God.
47 Choncho mu nthawi ya Zerubabeli ndi Nehemiya, Aisraeli onse anakapereka mphatso tsiku ndi tsiku kwa anthu oyimba nyimbo ndi alonda a ku Nyumba ya Mulungu. Ankayikanso padera chigawo cha zopereka cha Alevi. Nawonso Alevi ankayika padera chigawo cha zopereka cha ansembe, zidzukulu za Aaroni.
And in the dayes of Zerubbabel, and in the dayes of Nehemiah did al Israel giue portions vnto the singers and porters, euerie day his portion, and they gaue the holy things vnto the Leuites, and the Leuites gaue the holy things vnto the sonnes of Aaron.
