PAUL, a servant of Jesus Christ, a called apostle, set apart for the Gospel of God,
2 ২ যি শুভবাৰ্তাৰ বিষয়ে ঈশ্বৰে পূৰ্বতে তেওঁৰ ভাববাদী সকলৰ যোগেদি পবিত্ৰ বিধান-শাস্ত্ৰত প্ৰতিজ্ঞা কৰিছিল,
(which he had promised before by his prophets in the holy scriptures, )
concerning his Son Jesus Christ our Lord; made from the seed of David after the flesh,
4 ৪ তেওঁ পবিত্ৰ আত্মাৰ শক্তিৰ যোগেদি ঈশ্বৰৰ পুত্ৰৰূপে ঘোষণা কৰা হৈ পবিত্ৰতাৰ দ্বাৰা মৃত্যুৰ পৰা পুনৰুত্থিত হ’ল, তেৱেঁই আমাৰ প্ৰভু যীচু খ্ৰীষ্ট৷
definitively marked out as the Son of God by miracle, according to the spirit of holiness, by the resurrection of the dead:
5 ৫ তেওঁৰেই দ্বাৰাই আমি তেওঁৰ নামৰ কাৰণে, সকলো জাতিৰ মাজত বিশ্বাসৰূপ আজ্ঞাধীনতাৰ অৰ্থে অনুগ্ৰহ আৰু পাঁচনি পদ পালোঁ;
through whom we have received grace and apostolic mission among all nations for his name, to bring them to the obedience of faith:
among whom are ye also the called of Jesus Christ.
7 ৭ ৰোমত থকা ঈশ্ৱৰৰ যি প্ৰিয় লোক আৰু তেওঁক বিশ্ৱাস কৰা সেই পবিত্ৰ লোক সকল; আমাৰ পিতৃ ঈশ্বৰৰ আৰু প্ৰভু যীচু খ্ৰীষ্টৰ পৰা অাপোনালোকলৈ অনুগ্ৰহ আৰু শান্তি হওক।
To all that are at Rome, beloved of God, called saints, grace unto you, and peace from God our Father, and the Lord Jesus Christ.
8 ৮ প্ৰথমতে, যীচু খ্ৰীষ্টৰ যোগেদি অাপোনালোক সকলোৰে বিষয়ে মই ঈশ্বৰৰ ধন্যবাদ কৰিছোঁ, কাৰণ গোটেই জগতত অাপোনালোকৰ বিশ্বাস প্ৰচাৰিত হ’ল৷
First then I give thanks to my God, through Jesus Christ, for you all, because your faith is proclaimed through the whole world.
9 ৯ কিয়নো ঈশ্ৱৰ মোৰ সাক্ষ্য, যি জনক মই নিজ আত্মাৰে সৈতে তেওঁৰ পুত্ৰৰ শুভবার্তাৰ সেৱা কৰোঁ আৰু সেই জনৰ ওচৰত মই নিৰন্তৰে আপোনালোকৰ নাম উল্লেখ কৰি,
For God is my witness, whom I serve with my spirit in the Gospel of his Son, how incessantly I make mention of you,
10 ১০ মোৰ প্ৰাৰ্থনা কালত সদায় অনুৰোধ কৰোঁ, আৰু শেষত মই যেন কোনো প্ৰকাৰে ঈশ্ৱৰৰ ইচ্ছাৰ দ্ৱাৰাই আপোনালোকৰ ওচৰত আহিবলৈ সফল হওঁ৷
always in my prayers entreating that haply now at last I may have a prosperous journey by the will of God, to come to you.
11 ১১ কিয়নো মই আপোনালোকক চাবলৈ অতিশয় হাবিয়াহ কৰি আছোঁ, যাতে মই আপোনালোকক কোনো আত্মিক বৰৰ ভাগী কৰিব পাৰোঁ, আৰু তাতে আপোনালোকেও যেন সুস্থিৰ থাকিব পাৰে৷
For I long to see you, that I may impart unto you some spiritual gift, in order that you may be established;
12 ১২ আপোনালোকৰ আৰু মোৰ, উভয় পক্ষৰ আন্তৰিক বিশ্বাসৰ দ্বাৰাই আপোনালোকৰ মাজত নিজেও আশ্বাস পাবলৈ, মই ইচ্ছা কৰিছোঁ।
and that so I may be comforted together with you, by the mutual faith both of you and of me.
13 ১৩ হে ভাই সকল, মই নিবিচাৰোঁ যে, আপোনালোকে এই কথা নজনাকৈ থাকক; মই বাৰে বাৰে আপোনালোকৰ ওচৰলৈ আহিব বিচাৰিছিলোঁ৷ যেনেকৈ মই আৰু অনা-ইহুদী লোক সকলে ফল পাইছোঁ, তেনেকৈ আপোনালোকেও পাওক; কিন্তু এতিয়ালৈকে বাধা পাই আছোঁ৷
But I would not that ye should be unacquainted, brethren, that oftentimes I have been purposing to come to you (and have been prevented until now), that I might have some fruit among you also, even as among the other Gentile nations.
Both to the Greeks and barbarians, both to the wise and the ignorant am I a debtor.
15 ১৫ এই হেতুকে ৰোমত থকা যি আপোনালোক, অাপোনালোকৰ আগতো মই সাধ্য অনুসাৰে শুভবাৰ্তা প্ৰচাৰ কৰিবলৈ ইচ্ছুক আছোঁ।
So, as far as is in my power, I am desirous to preach the Gospel to you that are at Rome also.
16 ১৬ কিয়নো শুভবাৰ্তাত মই লাজ নাপাও; কাৰণ প্ৰথমে ইহুদী, পাছত গ্ৰীক লোকলৈ আৰু বিশ্বাস কৰা প্ৰত্যেক জনলৈ, এয়া পৰিত্রাণৰ অৰ্থে ঈশ্বৰৰ শক্তি।
For I am not ashamed of the Gospel of Christ: for it is the power of God for salvation to every one who believeth; to the Jew first, and also to the Greek.
17 ১৭ কিয়নো ইয়াত ঈশ্বৰৰ ধাৰ্মিকতা বিশ্বাসৰ পৰা বিশ্বাসলৈ প্ৰকাশিত হৈ আছে; এই বিষয়ে লিখাও আছে, “ধাৰ্মিক জন বিশ্বাসৰ দ্বাৰাই জীৱ।”
For the righteousness of God by faith is therein revealed for belief; as it is written, “Now the just by faith shall live.”
18 ১৮ যি সকলে অধাৰ্মিকতাৰ দ্বাৰাই সত্যক নিবাৰণ কৰে, ঈশ্ৱৰৰ ক্ৰোধ সেই অধর্মি আৰু ভক্তিহীন লোক সকললৈ স্বৰ্গৰ পৰা প্ৰকট হয়;
For the wrath of God is revealed from heaven against all impiety and unrighteousness of men, holding back the truth in unrighteousness.
19 ১৯ কাৰণ ঈশ্বৰৰ বিষয়ে যি জানিব পৰা যায়, সেয়ে প্ৰকাশিত হৈ আছে৷ কিয়নো ঈশ্বৰে সেই বিষয়ে সিহঁতক শিক্ষিত কৰিলে।
Because that which is capable of being known relative to God, is evident among them; for God hath manifested it to them.
20 ২০ কিয়নো ঈশ্ৱৰৰ সেই অদৃশ্য গুণবোৰৰ বিষয়ে, জগত সৃষ্টিৰ কালৰে পৰা তেওঁ সৃষ্টি কৰা সকলোকে বোধগম্য হৈ স্পষ্টকৈ দেখা গৈছে, যাতে তেওঁৰ অনাদি অনন্ত পৰাক্ৰম আৰু ঐশ্বৰিক স্বভাৱৰ বিষয়ে আপোনালোকৰ একো নজনাৰ কাৰণ নাথাকে; (aïdios g126)
For from the creation of the world his invisible perfections, discoverable in the works that are made, are clearly seen, even his eternal power and deity; so that they are inexcusable: (aïdios g126)
21 ২১ কিয়নো ঈশ্বৰৰ বিষয়ে জানিও, তেওঁক ঈশ্বৰ বুলি তেওঁলোকে স্তুতি বা ধন্যবাদো নকৰিলে; কিন্তু নিজৰ তৰ্ক-বিতৰ্কত অজ্ঞানী হ’ল আৰু তেওঁলোকৰ অবোধ হৃদয় অন্ধকাৰময় হ’ল।
because though they knew there was a God, they glorified him not as God, nor gave him thanks, but became triflers in their disputations, and their stupid heart was darkened.
Affecting to be sophists, they turned idiots,
23 ২৩ আৰু ক্ষয়শীল মানুহ, চৰাই, চাৰিঠেঙীয়া জন্তু আৰু উৰগ আদিৰ আকাৰযুক্ত প্ৰতিমূৰ্তিৰে সৈতে তেওঁলোকে চিৰস্থায়ী ঈশ্বৰৰ মহিমাক সলনা-সলনি কৰিলে।
and changed the glory of the incorruptible God into the likeness of an image of a corruptible man, and of birds, and of quadrupeds, and of reptiles.
24 ২৪ এই কাৰণে তেওঁলোকৰ শৰীৰক অমৰ্য্যদা কৰিবলৈ, ঈশ্বৰে তেওঁলোকৰ হৃদয়ৰ অভিলাষেৰে তেওঁলোকক অশুচিতালৈ শোধাই দিলে।
Wherefore God abandoned them, through the lusts of their own hearts, unto impurity, to dishonour their own bodies by themselves:
25 ২৫ তেওঁলোকে ঈশ্বৰৰ সত্যতাক মিছাৰ সৈতে সাল-সলনি কৰি সৃষ্টিকৰ্ত্তাৰ সলনি সৃষ্ট বস্তুবোৰৰ আৰাধনা আৰু সেৱা কৰিলে; সেই জন সৃষ্টিকৰ্ত্তা চিৰকাল ধন্য। আমেন। (aiōn g165)
who perverted the truth of God by falsehood, and worshipped and paid divine honours to the thing created instead of the Creator, who is blessed for evermore. Amen. (aiōn g165)
26 ২৬ এই কাৰণে, ঈশ্বৰে তেওঁলোকক অনাদৰযুক্ত কামাভিলাষলৈ শোধাই দিলে; কিয়নো তেওঁলোকৰ স্ত্ৰী লোক সকলে স্বাভাৱিক সঙ্গ এৰি, স্বভাৱৰ বিপৰীত সঙ্গ কৰিলে;
For this cause God gave them up to dishonourable passions. For even their women did change the natural use into that which was contrary to nature;
27 ২৭ সেইদৰে পুৰুষ সকলেও স্বাভাৱিক স্ত্ৰী সঙ্গ এৰি, পৰস্পৰে কামাগ্নিৰে দগ্ধ হৈ পুৰুষে সৈতে পুৰুষে লাজৰ কৰ্ম সাধন কৰি নিজকে নিজলৈ ভ্ৰান্তিৰ উচিত প্ৰতিফল আনিলে।
and likewise the men also, leaving the natural use of the woman, burned in their lewdness one towards another; men with men committing indecency, and receiving in themselves the recompence of their delusion, which was meet.
28 ২৮ তেওঁলোকে ঈশ্ৱৰৰ অৱগত হবলৈ নিবিচাৰিলে, সেই কাৰণে ঈশ্ৱৰে তেওঁলোকক লম্পট মন দি, অনু্চিত কর্মবোৰ কৰিবলৈ তেওঁলোকক এৰি দিলে৷
And since they thought not fit to hold the Deity in acknowledgment, God abandoned them to a reprobate mind, to practise deeds unbecoming;
29 ২৯ তেওঁলোক সকলো অধাৰ্মিকতা, দুষ্টতা, লোভ আৰু ঈর্ষাৰে ভৰি থকা৷ তেওঁলোক নৰবধী, বিবাদ, ছল আৰু শত্ৰুতাৰে পৰিপূৰ্ণ;
replete with all injustice, whoredom, wickedness, covetousness, villany; full of envy, murder, contention, deceit, evil habits; whisperers,
30 ৩০ তেওঁলোক পৰচর্চা, পৰনিন্দা কৰোঁতা, ঈশ্বৰৰ ঘৃণাৰ পাত্ৰ; হিংসাত্মক, উদ্ধত, অহংকাৰী, কুকল্পনা জন্মোৱা, পিতৃ-মাতৃক নমনা লোক৷
backbiters, God-haters, contumelious, insolent, boasters, inventors of wicked practices, disobedient to parents,
unintelligent, unfaithful to engagements, unnatural, implacable, unmerciful:
32 ৩২ আৰু এইদৰে আচৰণ কৰা সকল যে মৃত্যুৰ যোগ্য, ঈশ্বৰৰ এই বিচাৰ জানিও, তেওঁলোকে সেইদৰে আচৰণ কৰে; কেৱল সেয়ে নহয়, কিন্তু তেনেকুৱা আচৰণ কৰা সকলক সন্মতিও দিয়ে।
who, though they know the righteous judgment of God, that they who live in such practices are worthy of death, not only do the same, but also find pleasure in the company of those who live in these practices.
