| وَقَالَ الرَّبُّ لِمُوسَى: | ١ 1 |
And YHWH speaks to Moses, saying,
| «أَحْضِرْ هَرُونَ وَأَبْنَاءَهُ وَثِيَابَهُمْ وَدُهْنَ الْمَسْحَةِ وَثَوْرَ ذَبِيحَةِ الْخَطِيئَةِ وَالْكَبْشَيْنِ وَسَلَّ الْفَطِيرِ، | ٢ 2 |
“Take Aaron and his sons with him, and the garments, and the anointing oil, and the bullock of the sin-offering, and the two rams, and the basket of unleavened things,
| وَاجْمَعْ سَائِرَ بَنِي إِسْرَائِيلَ عِنْدَ مَدْخَلِ خَيْمَةِ الاجْتِمَاعِ». | ٣ 3 |
and assemble all the congregation to the opening of the Tent of Meeting.”
| فَنَفَّذَ مُوسَى أَمْرَ الرَّبِّ، فَاجْتَمَعَتِ الْجَمَاعَةُ عِنْدَ مَدْخَلِ خَيْمَةِ الاجْتِمَاعِ، | ٤ 4 |
And Moses does as YHWH has commanded him, and the congregation is assembled to the opening of the Tent of Meeting,
| فَقَالَ لَهُمْ مُوسَى: «هَذَا مَا أَمَرَ الرَّبُّ بِهِ». | ٥ 5 |
and Moses says to the congregation, “This [is] the thing which YHWH has commanded to do.”
| فَقَدَّمَ مُوسَى هَرُونَ وَأَبْنَاءَهُ وَغَسَّلَهُمْ بِمَاءٍ، | ٦ 6 |
And Moses brings Aaron and his sons near, and bathes them with water,
| وَأَلْبَسَ هَرُونَ الْقَمِيصَ وَنَطَّقَهُ بِالْحِزَامِ، وَكَسَاهُ بِالْجُبَّةِ، وَوَضَعَ عَلَيْهِ الرِّدَاءَ، وَنَطَّقَهُ بِحِزَامِ الرِّدَاءِ وَشَدَّهُ بِهِ، | ٧ 7 |
and puts the coat on him, and girds him with the girdle, and clothes him with the upper robe, and puts the ephod on him, and girds him with the girdle of the ephod, and binds [it] to him with it,
| وَجَعَلَ عَلَيْهِ الصُّدْرَةَ، وَثَبَّتَ فِي الصُّدْرَةِ الْأُورِيمَ وَالتُّمِّيمَ، | ٨ 8 |
and puts the breastplate on him, and puts the Lights and the Perfections into the breastplate,
| وَوَضَعَ مُوسَى عَلَى رَأْسِ هَرُونَ الْعِمَامَةَ، وَعَلَّقَ عَلَيْهَا فَوْقَ الْجَبْهَةِ صَفِيحَةَ الذَّهَبِ، الإِكْلِيلَ الْمُقَدَّسَ، تَمَاماً كَمَا أَمَرَهُ الرَّبُّ. | ٩ 9 |
and puts the turban on his head, and puts the golden flower of the holy crown on the turban, toward the front of its face, as YHWH has commanded Moses.
| ثُمَّ أَخَذَ مُوسَى دُهْنَ الْمَسْحَةِ وَمَسَحَ الْمَسْكِنَ وَكُلَّ مَا فِيهِ وَقَدَّسَهُ لِلرَّبِّ. | ١٠ 10 |
And Moses takes the anointing oil, and anoints the Dwelling Place, and all that [is] in it, and sanctifies them;
| ثُمَّ رَشَّ مِنَ الدُّهْنِ عَلَى الْمَذْبَحِ سَبْعَ مَرَّاتٍ، وَمَسَحَ الْمَذْبَحَ وَجَمِيعَ أَوَانِيهِ وَحَوْضَ الاغْتِسَالِ وَقَاعِدَتَهُ لِتَقْدِيسِهَا، | ١١ 11 |
and he sprinkles of it on the altar seven times, and anoints the altar, and all its vessels, and the laver, and its base, to sanctify them;
| وَصَبَّ مِنْ دُهْنِ الْمَسْحَةِ عَلَى رَأْسِ هَرُونَ وَمَسَحَهُ تَكْرِيساً لَهُ. | ١٢ 12 |
and he pours of the anointing oil on the head of Aaron, and anoints him to sanctify him.
| ثُمَّ أَحْضَرَ مُوسَى أَبْنَاءَ هَرُونَ وَأَلْبَسَهُمْ أَقْمِصَةً، وَنَطَّقَهُمْ بِأَحْزِمَةٍ، وَعَصَبَ عَلَى رُؤُوسِهِمِ الْقَلانِسَ كَمَا أَمَرَهُ الرَّبُّ. | ١٣ 13 |
And Moses brings the sons of Aaron near, and clothes them [with] coats, and girds them [with] girdles, and binds caps to them, as YHWH has commanded Moses.
| ثُمَّ أَتَى بِثَوْرِ الْخَطِيئَةِ، فَوَضَعَ هَرُونُ وَأَبْنَاؤُهُ أَيْدِيَهُمْ عَلَى رَأْسِهِ، | ١٤ 14 |
And he brings the bullock of the sin-offering near, and Aaron lays—his sons also—their hands on the head of the bullock of the sin-offering,
| فَذَبَحَهُ مُوسَى، وَأَخَذَ الدَّمَ وَوَضَعَهُ عَلَى قُرُونِ الْمَذْبَحِ الأَرْبَعَةِ، وَعَلَى الْمَذْبَحِ نَفْسِهِ لِيُقَدِّسَهُ. ثُمَّ صَبَّ بَقِيَّةَ الدَّمِ عِنْدَ قَاعِدَتِهِ، وَكَرَّسَهُ تَكْفِيراً عَنْهُ. | ١٥ 15 |
and [one] slaughters, and Moses takes the blood, and puts [it] around the horns of the altar with his finger, and cleanses the altar, and he has poured out the blood at the foundation of the altar, and sanctifies it, to make atonement on it.
| وَأَخَذَ مُوسَى شَحْمَ أَعْضَاءِ الثَّوْرِ الدَّاخِلِيَّةِ، وَكَذَلِكَ الْمَرَارَةَ وَالْكُلْيَتَيْنِ وَشَحْمَهُمَا وَأَحْرَقَهَا كُلَّهَا عَلَى الْمَذْبَحِ. | ١٦ 16 |
And he takes all the fat that [is] on the innards, and the redundance on the liver, and the two kidneys, and their fat, and Moses makes incense on the altar,
| وَأَمَّا جِلْدُ الثَّوْرِ وَلَحْمُهُ وَفَرْثُهُ فَأَحْرَقَهَا بِنَارٍ خَارِجَ الْمُخَيَّمِ كَمَا أَمَرَهُ الرَّبُّ. | ١٧ 17 |
and the bullock, and its skin, and its flesh, and its dung, he has burned with fire, at the outside of the camp, as YHWH has commanded Moses.
| ثُمَّ قَدَّمَ كَبْشَ الْمُحْرَقَةِ، فَوَضَعَ هَرُونُ وَأَبْنَاؤُهُ أَيْدِيَهُمْ عَلَى رَأْسِهِ، | ١٨ 18 |
And he brings the ram of the burnt-offering near, and Aaron and his sons lay their hands on the head of the ram,
| فَذَبَحَهُ مُوسَى وَرَشَّ الدَّمَ عَلَى جَوَانِبِ الْمَذْبَحِ، | ١٩ 19 |
and [one] slaughters, and Moses sprinkles the blood around the altar;
| وَقَطَّعَ الْكَبْشَ إِلَى أَجْزَائِهِ، ثُمَّ أَحْرَقَ الرَّأْسَ وَالأَجْزَاءَ وَالشَّحْمَ. | ٢٠ 20 |
and he has cut the ram into its pieces, and Moses makes incense with the head, and the pieces, and the fat,
| وَأَمَّا أَمْعَاؤُهُ وَأَكَارِعُهُ فَقَدْ غَسَلَهَا بِمَاءٍ. وَأَحْرَقَ مُوسَى كُلَّ الْكَبْشِ عَلَى الْمَذْبَحِ، فَكَانَ مُحْرَقَةً لِرِضَى الرَّبِّ وَسُرُورِهِ. وَقُودٌ هُوَ لِلرَّبِّ، تَمَاماً كَمَا أَمَرَ الرَّبُّ. | ٢١ 21 |
and he has washed the innards and the legs with water, and Moses makes incense with the whole ram on the altar; it [is] a burnt-offering for refreshing fragrance; it [is] a fire-offering to YHWH, as YHWH has commanded Moses.
| ثُمَّ أَحْضَرَ الْكَبْشَ الثَّانِي، كَبْشَ التَّكْرِيسِ، فَوَضَعَ هَرُونُ وَأَبْنَاؤُهُ أَيْدِيَهُمْ عَلَى رَأْسِهِ، | ٢٢ 22 |
And he brings the second ram near, a ram of the consecrations, and Aaron and his sons lay their hands on the head of the ram,
| فَذَبَحَهُ مُوسَى، وَأَخَذَ مِنْ دَمِهِ فَوَضَعَهُ عَلَى شَحْمَةِ أُذْنِ هَرُونَ الْيُمْنَى، وَعَلَى إِبْهَامِ يَدِهِ الْيُمْنَى وَإِبْهَامِ رِجْلِهِ الْيُمْنَى. | ٢٣ 23 |
and [one] slaughters, and Moses takes of its blood, and puts [it] on the tip of the right ear of Aaron, and on the thumb of his right hand, and on the great toe of his right foot;
| ثُمَّ قَدَّمَ مُوسَى أَبْنَاءَ هَرُونَ وَوَضَعَ مِنَ الدَّمِ عَلَى شَحْمِ آذَانِهِمِ الْيُمْنَى، وَعَلَى أَبَاهِمِ أَيْدِيهِمِ الْيُمْنَى، وَعَلَى أَبَاهِمِ أَرْجُلِهِمِ الْيُمْنَى، وَرَشَّ بَقِيَّةَ الدَّمِ عَلَى جَوَانِبِ الْمَذْبَحِ. | ٢٤ 24 |
and he brings the sons of Aaron near, and Moses puts of the blood on the tip of their right ear, and on the thumb of their right hand, and on the great toe of their right foot. And Moses sprinkles the blood around the altar,
| ثُمَّ أَخَذَ شَحْمَ الأَلْيَةِ وَكُلَّ شَحْمِ الأَعْضَاءِ الدَّاخِلِيَّةِ وَالْمَرَارَةَ وَالْكُلْيَتَيْنِ وَشَحْمَهُمَا وَالسَّاقَ الْيُمْنَى، | ٢٥ 25 |
and takes the fat, and the fat tail, and all the fat that [is] on the innards, and the redundance on the liver, and the two kidneys, and their fat, and the right leg;
| وَأَخَذَ مِنْ سَلِّ الْفَطِيرِ الَّذِي فِي حَضْرَةِ الرَّبِّ قُرْصَ فَطِيرٍ وَاحِداً، وَكَعْكَةً وَاحِدَةً مَعْجُونَةً بِزَيْتٍ وَرِقَاقَةً، وَوَضَعَهَا عَلَى الشَّحْمِ وَعَلَى السَّاقِ الْيُمْنَى، | ٢٦ 26 |
and out of the basket of unleavened things, which [is] before YHWH, he has taken one unleavened cake, and one cake of oiled bread, and one thin cake, and puts [them] on the fat, and on the right leg;
| وَوَضَعَهَا جَمِيعاً عَلَى كَفَّيْ هَرُونَ وَأَكُفِّ أَبْنَائِهِ لِيُرَجِّحُوهَا أَمَامَ الرَّبِّ، | ٢٧ 27 |
and he puts the whole on the hands of Aaron, and on the hands of his sons, and waves them [as] a wave-offering before YHWH.
| ثُمَّ أَخَذَهَا مُوسَى عَنْ أَكُفِّهِمْ وَأَحْرَقَهَا أَمَامَ الرَّبِّ عَلَى الْمَذْبَحِ فَوْقَ الْمُحْرَقَةِ، فَكَانَتْ قُرْبَانَ تَكْرِيسٍ لِرِضَى الرَّبِّ وَسُرُورِهِ. إِنَّهَا مُحْرَقَةٌ لِلرَّبِّ. | ٢٨ 28 |
And Moses takes them from off their hands, and makes incense on the altar, on the burnt-offering—they [are] consecrations for refreshing fragrance; it [is] a fire-offering to YHWH;
| وَتَنَاوَلَ مُوسَى صَدْرَ كَبْشِ التَّكْرِيسِ وَرَجَّحَهُ أَمَامَ الرَّبِّ، فَكَانَ الصَّدْرُ نَصِيبَ مُوسَى كَمَا أَمَرَهُ الرَّبُّ. | ٢٩ 29 |
and Moses takes the breast, and waves it [as] a wave-offering before YHWH; it has been for Moses for a portion of the ram of the consecrations, as YHWH has commanded Moses.
| ثُمَّ أَخَذَ مُوسَى بَعْضَ دُهْنِ الْمَسْحَةِ وَبَعْضَ الدَّمِ الَّذِي عَلَى الْمَذْبَحِ، وَرَشَّهَا عَلَى هَرُونَ وَثِيَابِهِ، وَعَلَى أَبْنَاءِ هَرُونَ وَثِيَابِهِمْ، فَقَدَّسَهُمْ جَمِيعاً مَعَ مَلابِسِهِمْ لِلرَّبِّ. | ٣٠ 30 |
And Moses takes of the anointing oil, and of the blood which [is] on the altar, and sprinkles [them] on Aaron, on his garments, and on his sons, and on the garments of his sons with him, and he sanctifies Aaron, his garments, and his sons, and the garments of his sons with him.
| ثُمَّ قَالَ لِهَرُونَ وَأَبْنَائِهِ: «اطْبُخُوا اللَّحْمَ عِنْدَ مَدْخَلِ خَيْمَةِ الاجْتِمَاعِ، وَكُلُوهُ هُنَاكَ مَعَ خُبْزِ سَلِّ التَّكْرِيسِ، كَمَا أَوْصَيْتُ أَلّا يَأْكُلَهُ سِوَى هَرُونَ وَأَبْنَائِهِ. | ٣١ 31 |
And Moses says to Aaron and to his sons, “Boil the flesh at the opening of the Tent of Meeting, and there you eat it and the bread which [is] in the basket of the consecrations, as I have commanded, saying, Aaron and his sons eat it.
| وَمَا تَبَقَّى مِنَ اللَّحْمِ وَالْخُبْزِ تُحْرِقُونَهُ بِنَارٍ. | ٣٢ 32 |
And the remnant of the flesh and of the bread you burn with fire;
| وَلا تُفَارِقُوا مَدْخَلَ خَيْمَةِ الاجْتِمَاعِ سَبْعَةَ أَيَّامٍ، إِلَى يَوْمِ اكْتِمَالِ تَكْرِيسِكُمْ، لأَنَّ الرَّبَّ يُكَرِّسُكُمْ سَبْعَةَ أَيَّامٍ. | ٣٣ 33 |
and you do not go out from the opening of the Tent of Meeting [for] seven days, until the day of the fullness, the days of your consecration—for seven days he consecrates your hand;
| إِنَّ مَا جَرَى الْيَوْمَ هُوَ مَا أَمَرَ بِهِ الرَّبُّ تَكْفِيراً عَنْكُمْ. | ٣٤ 34 |
as he has done on this day, YHWH has commanded to do, to make atonement for you;
| فَامْكُثُوا عِنْدَ مَدْخَلِ خَيْمَةِ الاجْتِمَاعِ سَبْعَةَ أَيَّامٍ، لَيْلاً وَنَهَاراً، عَامِلِينَ شَعَائِرَ الرَّبِّ، فَلا تَمُوتُوا لأَنَّ هَذَا مَا أَوْصَيْتُ بِهِ». | ٣٥ 35 |
and you abide at the opening of the Tent of Meeting by day and by night [for] seven days, and you have kept the charge of YHWH, and do not die, for so I have been commanded.”
| فَنَفَّذَ هَروُنُ وَأَبْنَاؤُهُ كُلَّ مَا أَمَرَ بِهِ الرَّبُّ عَلَى لِسَانِ مُوسَى. | ٣٦ 36 |
And Aaron does—his sons also—all the things which YHWH has commanded by the hand of Moses.
